My Google webmaster ranking for keywords differs significantly from SEOmoz. For example, Webmaster say 8 and SEOmoz says 1...thoughts?

Can anyone point me to resources that helps website owners balance these two issues? Or how to SEO a site meant for disabled users? or how to make an SEO'd site more accessible?

A client just brought them to my attention, seem to be making some ridiculous promises...

Rewriting the code, the navigation, as HTML links seems to go against the accessibility of the site, and the goal of getting those that have accessibility issues to the main form on the site.   And the current design of the site does not really allow for multiple HTML in the design.

It is likely that you are leaving traffic and leads on the table. I would expand keyword research and optimization efforts.
