I would submit a video site map in GWT (http://www.seomoz.org/blog/video-sitemap-guide-for-vimeo-and-youtube) If your website is a normal website with videos in it, then I think should SEO as normal. SEOmoz transcribes all the dialogue in the video for their Whiteboard Fridays. Perhaps that can lead you in the right direction.

Why do you want keyword from a HTML source?, instead of that why can't you do a keyword analysis online , with can help you in understanding your competitor profile online. Thanks Theo, it will show me the most effective 3000 links I guess, how about the rest? I want to see all the internal / external links and their anchor texts? Any other tool I can check? I also have SEO Powersuite but not sure whether I can use it or not.

100% agree on the 301 redirect strategy.  The best execution is to 301 redirect each page to the new page on the new site.  If you have a TON of pages and can not create a 301 redirection rule for every single page you should at least 301 redirect the proper directories to each other. One thought is...since you will be doing this 301 redirect why not make the NEW urls user/keyword friendly?  Also maybe build some directory structure to the site.  Hopefully you will be doing his but just thought I should mention it.
