Sorry about those calendar icons! We're having some problems with rankings right now, but our engineers are hard at work trying to get this fixed asap. Thanks for your patience!

RE: Integration of Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube?
Hi Jake,
This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. We definitely plan on adding Google+ to the campaign social section in the near future (sorry, I don't have an exact eta). As for other social networks, we're hoping to at least start including some kind of integration with our tools. You can follow this thread from our feature request forum for updates: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20901363-g-linkedin-youtube-integration
Cheers!

RE: Feature request: Additional user logins to view campaigns
Hi Tim!
This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. We definitely plan on adding multiple logins at some point, but we don't have an exact eta. We're hoping for sometime in Spring of 2013. You can keep an eye on this thread from our feature request forum for updates: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20199538-is-there-a-way-i-could-add-another-user-to-access-my-pro-account

RE: Why does the CSV report on OSE limit the number of links I can download to less than it should?
Hi Acorn Stairlifts! This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. The drastic difference in the number of links going to www.acornstairlifts.co.uk in OSE versus the export is because we'll only show you the top 25 links per domain. Our API currently has a total limit of up to 10,000 links for any domain (100.000 for advanced reports), so we only show the top 25 because if, for example, someone has 500,000 links and most of them are from the same domain, then we wouldn't want to fill up all 10,000 links with the same domain information and leave out important links from other domains. Instead, we'll only show the top 25 based on page authority so we can show the links from other sites without the same domain taking up all 10,000 spaces. In other words, we want to show you your link diversity.
I hope this helps!

RE: Affiliate Program
Hi Michael! This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. Sorry to hear it's taking a long time to get approved for the affiliate program! If you email affiliate@seomoz.org, someone should be able to get back to you with an update on your status.

RE: SEO Web Crawler IP addresses
Hi Jason,
This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. Unfortunately, since we crawl from the cloud, RogerBot's IP address is changing all of the time so we cannot specify a particular IP address. Also, we do need the site to be live before we can crawl it, but you could remove the firewall and block all other bots except rogerbot so it won't get indexed anywhere else before it's ready.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

RE: Using the On-Page optimization Report Card
Hi kadesmith!
This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. If you want to remove a report that you're not interested in, you can click on the keyword and choose the option to 'stop running weekly'.
Also, you can always manually generate reports for any URL and one of your keywords. Simply go to the Report Card tab in the On Page section, and cut and paste or type a new URL into the URL drop box. Then select your keyword from the drop down and select "Grade My Optimization." After that, you can tell the Web App to start tracking that combination in the future by selecting the option to 'run this report weekly', and you should start seeing weekly reports. I hope this helps! If you have more questions about On-Page reports, you can check out this help resource here: http://www.seomoz.org/help/on-page-reports

RE: Slowing down SEOmoz Crawl Rate
Hi corwin,
This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. I'm sorry if roger is being a bit too aggressive.
We built our crawler to obey robots.txt crawl-delay directives. If you ever need to speed him down (though he's usually well-behaved), just add a crawl delay directive to your robots.txt file like this:User-agent: rogerbotCrawl-delay: 1
Here's a good article that explains more about this technique: http://tools.seobook.com/robots-txt/
I hope this helps!
Cheers

RE: Reset Crawler
Hi ForzaHost!
This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. I see that you've opened a ticket that my colleague, Chiaryn, is working with you on. We'll be following up with you in the ticket instead so we can look at your campaign specific information and help figure out what's happening.
Cheers!

RE: Find New Keywords Tool - Information is not accurate
Hi Jacob,
This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. I spoke with one of our engineers and found that the rank section of 'Find New Keywords' isn't referring to rank in the traditional sense related to the SERPs. What the 'rank' refers to in this instance is the rank of that keyword within the keywords sending traffic to your site. So, "Speak Creative Memphis." is 4th in sending you the most traffic out of the keywords on the list based on the number of visits last week.
Sorry this is confusing! I'll definitely see what we can do about making this more clear.
Cheers!

RE: Setting up a new campaign
Hey Joe!
It can be hard to tell without looking at the actual site. Can you send your site URL to help@seomoz.org? This will help us figure out what is the best setup option for you.
Thanks!

RE: Rogerbot getting cheeky?
Hi BM7,
I'm going to open up a ticket on this to have our engineers take a closer look at your site. Once we have an overall response, I'll post it here for other community members to view.

RE: Rogerbot getting cheeky?
Hi there,
This is Megan from the SEOmoz Help Team. I'm so sorry Rogerbot is causing you grief! This actually might be happening because your crawl delay is too long, so rogerbot just ends up ignoring it so he can complete the crawl. If you set your crawl delay to a max of 7, then it should solve your problem. If you're still running into issues, though, please send us a message to help@seomoz.org and we'll check it out asap!
Cheers!
