Why does my business does not appear on Google Maps ?
Google is pretty finicky when it comes to displaying maps listings. As others have mentioned, it can take ages, and they don't make the process an easy one. Did you make sure that the box indicating that your business serves customers at its location is checked off? Google doesn't want to show businesses on maps unless they actually serve customers there. Here are some updated rules for showing up on maps. I hope they help! http://localu.org/blog/rules-for-google-plus-local-for-business-listings/

Why do my keyword ranking differ from the results on Google ?
Agree with all Tim said. Make sure you are using your browser "incognito" or private and even so Google will see your ip location so you can click on the "search tools" tab and change your location to something like "united states". This will remove the personalized skewing of Google and results can be very different.

Table text : Does that influences the website's ranking ?
When you say "table text", do you mean a process where you consolidate many pages into fewer pages, and where the content is presented in a way that gives one page much more depth of content? If so, consolidating many pages into fewer pages is helpful in certain situations. If individual pages themselves do not have enough text as a stand-alone page, you can consolidate them into fewer pages as long as the primary focus (topic /main keyword) across each of those is very much similar. If there is too diverse a focus across pages, consolidating them can cause topical confusion on the consolidated page. That's the primary consideration I go with when evaluating content for SEO. Also, what about user experience - is it better with many pages, or is it better with consolidated content? That too matters and in fact, helps reinforce the issue of topical focus quality or harms it by making things confused (a page trying to do too many things for too many reasons).

I want to improve our client's website structure, so he gets more traffic locally. What advice do you have ?
Hi Ben'J, As Peter has remarked, the community can't make specific suggestions without actually seeing your client's website. It's perfectly fine if you can't share this information, for client confidentiality reasons, but the advice you'll get here will perforce be generic rather than specific. If your client is running a local retail shop, then your efforts for them could include: Ensuring that you are optimizing the tags and content of the website not just for product/service terms, but also for the city name in which the shop is located. Ensuring that the complete NAP (name, address, phone) is in the website footer and on the contact page, encoded in Schema markup. Using Schema markup for a testimonials page to begin publishing user generated content in the form of testimonials. Creating an ongoing content development plan which showcases not just products/services, but also local geography. Linking the website up to a Google+ Local page for the business. Building citations for the business on appropriate third party local business directories and review platforms. Other forms of marketing including social outreach, linkbuilding and video marketing. The website plays a major part in local rankings, and thus, local traffic. Ensuring that the site reflects not just what the business is and does but WHERE it does it is extremely important. You want neighbors to immediately recognize that this is a local business, serving the local community, and the imagery, text and overall optimization of the website must be organized to reflect this. Hope this helps!
