Il settore della ristorazione è molto inflazionato non è così semplice.

Primo puoi ottenere facilmente il grado A in on page record ma non ci fare troppo affidamento perché cmq non è sinonimo di posizionamento, te lo assicuro.

Per quanto riguarda l'url:

www.cibando.com/ristorantiamilano o www.cibando.com/milano/ristoranti

può andare bene, orami il trattino puoi anche evitarlo, l'algoritmo riesce a capire che si tratta di interpretare "ristoranti a milano"

I think that the crawler understand well the keyword madrid in the domain madridlive, for this you can avoid the repeat another time rhe same word.

I check the positions of keywords, too   with IBP software,  that is sure that is in real time.

I think that is not possible, you can write to Goole team but i believe that only the page creator can make  the changes

You can create another google plus ( instead of google places) for one of two restaurants.

I use a IBP Software with a Optimization tool, you can write the urls of your competitors and run the tool and after two minutes you have a report with many informations  including meta title and meta description

**What about shortening the title tag?  **I think that it's correct , I would do the same thing

What about changing the image file names and adding alt tags when they are nonsense or garbage? Normally the alt image must explain what rapresent the images and help the crawler, for me you can cleaner the incorrect tag

What about adding a "finish" picture to the top? I spoke about the content (text) in the top of page

What about making these changes incrementally? Maybe you can try the change the title before and some tags ( alt) and wait some days

For the site is only good to have more content and i think is better to have:

than
www.forum.yourdomain.com

There many forum module for joomla there are any with separated database and other that use the same database of joomla

The changes are always dangerous when you have a good position in Google.

But I always think if you avoid touching the tag in the page type:

meta Title

meta Description

Meta Keywords (only if you were already there!)

and finally, I would not change the content at the top of the page but only the graphic design.

I was afraid too when i did the same for many customers, but i did always so and never i lost a positions

we have change some thing in a html page for arrive to have A in on page record.

while the seomoz bar can see the change, on page card see always the old page.

The prices are the same of a normal adwords campaign, you pay only for a clicks

The only difference is how they work

Adwords: someone see your ad text and arrive to your web site

Remarketing: someone arrive directly to your web site without going through adwords, the remarketing script write the cookie in the pc and  so when this person leave your website for to visit other website( that make adsense) he see always your advertiser text or advertiser display
