As Chris says I don't think there is a way to force a refresh on your campaign crawls, but that crawl test tool should be able to give you an indication if the relevant pages are still producing duplicate content issues or if the fix seems to be reducing them.
That being said, I don't think that robots.txt is the best way to approach duplicate content issues generally. Check out this guide for best practices. It is also worth noting that many times duplicate content issues can be solved by simply removing or adjusting the various differently formatted links that are producing them in the first place (though this depends a lot on which cms you are using and what the root cause of the duplicate content is).

Following some testing, you can actually use the xml update feature for both categories and products individually, the trick is to first remove the existing rel=canonical that is put in if you have those settings turned on for that in the magento admin. So:
<reference name="head"><action method="removeItem"><type>link_rel</type>
<name>http://www.domain.com/oldurl</name></action></reference>
<action method="addLinkRel"><rel>canonical</rel>
<href>http://www.domain.com/new-url</href></action>
You will need to identify the canonical url being inputted into the code, add it to the oldurl bit above and then put in the new url. You can do this in products and also for categories in the custom design tab and then the custom layout update box.

The links from the blog you mention look like automated spam links that could be being generated for a number of reasons. If you have no relationship with this blog and have no way of contacting the webmaster then there might not be a lot you can immediately do to get rid of these links. Since they are going to 404 pages on your site anyway, as I mentioned previously I would not worry about them too much.
What I would worry about is what perfect007 mentioned also which is the errors that are appearing on your 404 page. You have many missing images, most if not all of the page's links lead to other 404 pages and your meta robots line is telling the search engines to follow all of these bad links. Your 404 page in short has many coding errors and these errors seem to be making the problem of the spam links worse because for every incoming spam link you have, your 404 page is creating even more bad links for google to crawl.
My advice would be to clean up the errors on your 404 page first. That should reduce the number of 404 errors you see in GWT that are being created from your own page. Once that is done you will have a better idea of how many external spam links are being created over time and with that information you may assess your next moves. In the first instance you could change the meta robots line to:
Which would at least stop the search engines from indexing the page and following the broken links on it.

Well the short answer is sure the blog can bring benefits to the main site. It opens a number of avenues that your main site might not be able to easily address in terms of content, so more in depth discussions about XXX and posts about related topics that might not fit easily into the content of your main site.
It also can open up networking/community type opportunities with other related blogs (for example) which can result in positive social mentions and/or links, and those links into the blog will help with boosting the overall domain rank of the whole site.
And of course you can use it to target various key phrases etc that might be difficult to get into the main site and then link back to relevant pages in the main site which complement what you are discussing in the blog.
So, yes definitely can benefit the whole domain in a number of ways and having it at /blog/ is a very common practice that should work just fine!

I don't think anything has changed with the crawler so a good idea to look deeper to see if anything has changed with the site. You mention 301s, so are you seeing a lot of www vs non www duplicates? Tell us the site so we can have a better look but it is the one in your profile then I can see that the content is available on both www and non www versions so maybe something has changed in your htaccess file and caused your 301 redirects to fail.

Any domain switch has some uncertainty involved in it in regards rankings and possible negative effects. Adding a new url structure will add more complexity to that mix and potentially make it more difficult to troubleshoot problems. That being said, if most of your branded search is coming into domain1 and you want to keep that going, it might make more sense to keep the old domain as it is and add an offline sub folder to it instead of the other way around? That might not fit your business plan or model, but I would be careful about changing domain and url structure at the same time on a site that is bringing in most of your traffic!

Visits dropping to zero is a bit odd, have you confirmed your analytics code is installed and tracking properly?
I think you are getting confused by the wordpress default site functionality. The admin bar you see in your site is only visible when you are logged in as an administrator. Normal visitors to the site do not see this bar or code. You can disable this feature even for admin users by going to Users in the left hand admin menu, editing the user and deselecting 'show toolbar when viewing site'. So, it is not code being injected into your site in the way you think, it is just admin functionality you are seeing when you are logged in!
There is no need to worry in other words!
I dont use something like this myself. I suppose if you are having some problem with bots it might be useful, maybe someone else can chime in if they have some experience with this kind of blocking.
If you just want to block them from the index then best practice is usually considered to do it with a robots meta tag rather than the robots.txt file. I would think that in your case you might be able to get enough unique content on those pages (at least the company pages) to make them more acceptable to google. Thinking off the top of my head you could:
There are not THAT many company pages in your robots.txt so with a bit of brainstorming on the best way to phrase things and to increase unique content on those pages you should be able to come up with a strategy that will allow you with a bit of effort to comply with the google guidelines and also make the pages more user friendly and more informative generally.

The hreflang link in the header is probably the best way to do it. As to if it is impacting you, it depends on how much duplicate content there is to some degree. If you have set up both sites in GWT with separate sitemaps you can keep an eye on how well both sites are being indexed, a lot of unindexed pages on one or the other might indicate a problem. Best practice would be to put in the hreflag as you mention if in doubt.

Well for the specific url you mention something appears to be wrong.
Firstly, the url you refer to http://www.tarifakitesurfcamp.com/alojamiento does not exist (shows the 404 page) so the moz crawler is correctly telling you that it is redirecting there.
Secondly the redirect from the first page is indeed a 302 and not a 301, I check using http://www.internetofficer.com/seo-tool/redirect-check/ and it shows a 302 redirect, so again the crawler is giving you correct information.
What to do? First of all make sure the pages you want to redirect to exist and you have the correct urls for them and then have a look at your htaccess file and make sure there are no errors and test to make sure it is doing what you expect it to be doing.
I think for 301 redirects the first url need to be without the domain name like so:
redirect 301 /tks-camp/alojamiento/ http://www.tarifakitesurfcamp.com/alojamiento
Thats what I use anyway and seems to work.

Are you getting this flag from google page speed insights? Render blocking scripts are basically scripts that are called in the beginning of the page (the head usually) but are not really used either for that page or for the content of that page that is immediately visible, so downloading them first delays the rendering of the page. Depending on the structure of your site/code, plugins used etc fixing this could be as simple as moving a couple of lines of code in the template or..... quite complicated indeed.
What are your page load times in google analytics looking like? I had a look at your page and it seemed to load pretty fast so I would check load times in GA and see if the problem is really as urgent as you think. The page speed insight tool will flag everything it sees, but sometimes it can give you kind of false positives and other times just be recommending things mechanically that are not a huge issue in the grand scale of things!
Hmm, the cache issue is strange, I really have no idea why it is behaving like that.
I can say that from where I am the original site seems to be ranking for keywords that I assume are some of your major ones and if you look at the cached version it shows the site as expected. It is a bit of an odd situation, might be wise to hold on for another week or so and see if rankings/traffic return and the index seems to sort itself out again.

So if you have a list of urls in the A column and the A1 field has a title 'urls' or similar then you select the B1 field and in the formula box (fx) up top you can put something like
=getLinkscape(A2:A92)
Which will pull the data for the urls listed from the fields A2 - A92.
I have found that you have to have a multiple of 10 so you don't get a timeout error, I think the script bunches the urls into groups of 10 and it seems to have an issue if there is an odd number. So if you have 99 urls, add another one to make a round multiple of 10!

I guess it might depend a bit on what are the most important features of each product. Are the differences most important or the generic (but important) features across all products more important? If the first then separate pages makes sense, if the second then maybe consolidating onto one page makes more sense. You could also try giving a full feature rundown on your most important/visible product page and then give a shortened version on the other two referencing the first one with a "for a complete rundown of all features" type link.

This looks like a drupal issue, not a cpanel issue and I am not that familiar with Drupal.
That being said, are you sure the above htaccess is the complete file that works? If you remove the lines that you say create the issue, you still have this line: RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?q=$1 [L,QSA] which is the one that handles rewriting urls to the form q=admin.
You could try moving the 2 lines of code:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.domain.com$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ "http://domain.com/$1" [R=301,L]
To immediately below the 'RewriteEngine on' line (and obviously putting your domain in place of domain.com) so that they run first before the rest of the rules. This might work, but to me the above looks like it will be rewriting to q=admin anyway, so maybe this is a drupal setup issue that I am unfamiliar with.

I feel your pain, this is a common problem with multi language magento sites.
I think the main thing to do is to make sure the language codes are included in the url (so like http://footdistrict.com/en/). This way you will avoid all the problems associated with the url variables ?___store=es and language cookies which is a difficult situation to manage. You can set this up in the magento admin at configuration -> general -> web -> url options. That way there is never any doubt which language any url is displaying in. As it is now, you have a rel canonical to the same page from both languages that the server is serving up in two different languages versions and from what I can see with a site:footdistrict.com search has resulted in your english version is not being indexed (or at least not being indexed well).
Getting it setup right has a number of challenges: you will need to check redirects from old urls are working properly, the language switcher needs coding adjustments to work properly, make sure you test it well in other words! Once setup like this you can use just one redirect from footdistrict.com/es to footdistrict.com and the rest of the product/category urls should take care of themselves.
