Hi Juan, Here are the resources I usually hand to beginning link builders to get them started: I'd point you towards these three resources to get started: http://pointblankseo.com/link-building-strategies http://www.linkbuildingbook.com/link-building-resources.html http://www.clockworkpirate.com/ http://www.seomoz.org/blog/category/link-building It should take you a year of full time link building to truly go after all of the strategies listed in the first 3 resources, and all of them contain tactics that you can use indefinitely. The important I'd focus on is keeping a steady pace of content creation and outreach efforts, diversification of your strategies, and avoiding anything that feels spammy (because that's a good sign that it's a low value tactic). Feel free to ask any questions here, but that should get you started!

On-page SEO optimization
Is it possible not to be in the first 20 or 30 positions in the SERPs after executing onpage SEO actions (keyword optimization, metatags, ....) even for keywords for which there's not "too much" competition? Yes that is definitely possible especially if the on-page SEO has been done recently. It takes time for Google to re-crawl the pages and credit your site. Don't forget that SEO doesn't stop with on-page SEO. Off page is just as important. Is there a way of visualize the pages indexed by the google bot? (the pages especifically, not the number) in order to discard indexing problems? Yes. In your browser use the site: to search for your site. ie. site:www.example.com (make sure there is no spaces between the site: and the website url)

Several keywords and only one page to posicionate
How I would handle this is try to strike a compromise. Ask them if it would be OK, it all the pages were separate but they functioned as in one single page. Then build each of your pages, all with titles etc. and use a single pages ajax container to load them all. You will still need to find a way to work in links to the individual pages as search engines (I believe) are still having some issues with crawls and it can be a bit of a pain to users because the pages are never actually visited, they are never registered in history for in browser functions like Back. The technical end of it is actually pretty easy, just look up jQuery and Ajax for single page web apps or etc. [http://css-tricks.com/ajax-load-container-contents/] or the jQuery website would be the place to div into that :)!
