Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble! Attempting to gain access to the Google+ page in the way that Patrick mentioned would definitely be something that I'd recommend :).

Also, there are a few things that we should be able to check for you if you'd be able to send your account email and listing info over to help@moz.com. It's potentially possible that the listing is validated against Facebook rather than Google+, but our system is encountering a road bump that has stopped it from automatically updating. At any rate, I'd be happy to take a look!

The distinction here is that OSE is intended to be used as an overview of your backlink profile, while tools like Ahrefs and Majestic focus more exclusively on furnishing a complete backlink profile. This means that our focus is specifically to provide data about your highly-authoritative backlinks.

Since your campaign for that site has only been active for one index update, it's a little tough for me to comment on the PA/DA updates, since I don't have anything to compare the current values to. But, in general, you should be seeing a freshly calculated value for these metrics with each update. Do keep in mind though that these metrics are particularly difficult to influence, so you may not see much variance; it would simply depend on the changes that we observed. A portion of these On-Page Optimization pairings are generated when your campaign is created to help demonstrate how the feature can be used. Unfortunately, the combinations are not always very applicable to the campaign, and you are currently unable to delete these automatic grades.

You can see 404 errors for your own domain in the Crawl Diagnostics section, and you can see broken links which are linking to your site by running a 'Top Pages' report that specifies 4XX HTTP status through Open Site Explorer. However, it sounds like you're looking for the broken links on your site which are linking to 404 errors.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a quick way to get all of that info in one report. You could run the Open Site Explorer report from above for domains that you know you are linking to, but other than that I don't think there is another tool we have for that. Thanks for reaching out, and for using our Open Site Explorer! I'm so sorry that you still haven't been able to see many of your links in Mozscape. Most new sites and links will be indexed by our spiders and available in Mozscape and Open Site Explorer within 60 days, but some take even longer for many of reasons, including the crawl-ability of sites, the amount of inbound links to them, and the depth of pages in subdirectories.

Just so you know, here's how we compile our index:

• We grab the most recent index.
• We take the top 10 billion URLs with the highest MozRank (with a fixed limit on some of the larger domains).
• We start crawling from the top down until we've crawled 90,000,000,000 pages (which is about 35% the amount in Google's index).

Therefore, if the site is not linked to by one of these seed URLs (or one of the URLs linked to by them in the next update) then it won't show up in our index. Sorry!

We update our Mozscape Index every 4 weeks. Crawling the entire Internet to look for links takes 2-3 weeks, but our crawlers are always collecting data. When we need to put the index together, we grab all the data they have collected and start processing which can take up to 3 weeks to determine which of those links are the most important. Mozscape focuses on a breadth-first approach. Therefore we almost always have content from the homepage of websites, externally linked-to pages, and pages higher up in a site's information hierarchy. However, deep pages that are buried beneath many layers of navigation are sometimes missed and it may be several index updates before we catch all of these. AHrefs may be able to pick up a larger number of these links due to the size and process of their index.

If our crawlers or data sources are blocked from reaching those URLs, they may not be included in our index (though links that point to those pages will still be available). Finally, the URLs seen by Mozscape must be linked-to by other documents on the web or our index will not include them.

For Google+, we'll need you to be registered as a 'verified local business' in order to show up in the Moz Local system. Here's a link to get that process started: https://support.google.com/business/answer/2911778?hl=en&ref_topic=4596754

On Facebook, it looks like your page's name is listed as 'SearchOutsidethebox.com by Jeremy Wood', whereas on Moz Local your name is listed as 'SearchOutsidetheBox.com'. You'll just want to make sure that those match up as well, and we should be able to find the page in no time!

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately, there currently isn't a way to change the URL for a campaign (this could have some seriously strange interactions). If you have a spare campaign slot in your account then you could keep the existing campaign open to access your historical data, and create a new campaign for the https version :).

Also, you can always get a crawl report by using the Crawl Test Research Tool! I hope this helps!

Yikes! This issue pops up from time to time, but usually resolves itself by the next crawl. I'm really sorry you've been experiencing this problem!

Your robots.txt file looks good, but it's possible that it's an issue coming from HT access, or a shared hosting provider. I would check with your hosting service to see if there is anything that would be stopping RogerBot. If there's nothing from their end then please let me know at help@moz.com so our engineers can investigate further :).

Both Monica and Max have excellent suggestions! Open Site Explorer (OSE) can show you highly valued inbound links!  Do keep in mind that we can't index the whole interwebz so OSE is likely not displaying 100% of your backlinks. We start from sites with high domain authority, and crawl downward through links that we determine to have high priority. So I would suggest heading over there to check that out!

If you feel that you really do need a full backlink profile then AHrefs is a popular service for that feature! I hope this helps, and have a wonderful day!

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion! This is a tricky one! All of this information is pulled from the same source; it's just being reported in slightly different ways. This campaign is set up to track the subfolder itelligencegroup.com/uk/, which is totally fine, but is also the source of the confusion :).

In Competitive Metrics, you have the option to toggle between domain and subdomain (http://screencast.com/t/aguINJ3OlFCA). If you switch to subdomain then you'll see that your results realign with the numbers in your Link Analysis section.

Then for OSE, you can see 14 root domains linking to the subfolder itelligencegroup.com/uk/, but if you add that to the 115 linking root domains for intelligencegroup.com you get the full 129! It's just displayed in this way because of the geo-locating redirect associated with the root domain for this site which makes for some funky link reporting.

Sorry for the confusion with OSE! A key thing to remember about having your links appear in OSE, is that it isn't about your links as much as it is about who links to your links :). OSE's crawl starts from a seed set of trusted sites and crawls links to discover new content in a trickle-down fashion. Therefore, the more sites with high authority that are found linking to you, the more likely your link is to be recognized in the index. This process is also time sensitive so fresher links are prioritized; meaning that consistent updates to your link building will behoove you.

As Andy mentioned, this process can take a good deal of time. There is no finite time frame that can be guaranteed for when your links will appear. The best thing I can encourage is to start building relationships with the sites that link to you (visible from Google Webmaster Tools, as Andy also referenced), as well as with high authority sites that you want to link to you.

Using the bit.ly link is a great way to get your foot in the door, so to speak. The optimal way to do this is by tweeting a link to a linking page (the link for a site that links to you). The other portion is that you need at least one other person to follow that link. Then you should be on your way!

Sorry for the trouble, but thanks for reaching out! It looks like that URL's server configuration doesn't contain all of the necessary intermediate certificates. You should be able to request these from your hosting service which will hopefully resolve the issue :).
