You indeed have a duplicate content problem.  The PageRank for the www.telikin.com/index.php page is not contributing towards the PageRank for your www.telikin.com page.  You should 301 redirect www.telikin.com/index and www.telikin.com/index.php to www.telikin.com.  Personally, I don't know how to write the actual redirect, but make sure when you do it that your home page works as you could potentially create an infinite redirect when messing with your site's index page.

The trailing slashes don't matter, meaning Google knows www.telikin.com/index.php/ is the same page as www.telikin.com/index.php, so you don't have to concern yourself with that.

You can get Facebook comments to be indexable by search engines!  There was an SEOMoz blog post about it not that long ago at http://www.seomoz.org/blog/make-facebook-comments-box-indexable-by-search-engines.  If that's the only thing holding you back, it sounds like you don't have much to lose in trying it out!

If you're trying to include this script in the Optimizely editor, it wouldn't work because the code in the editor is already Javascript, so it's like you're trying to next a

If you're not going to serve the pages from mysite.com/countryname/, then you wouldn't need to put the canonical tags on.

If you are going to serve those pages, but not link to them from within your site, you might want to add the canonical tags anyway, in case people link to the URLs  under mysite.com/countryname/, so they'll pass their pagerank along.  You should also disallow that directory in your robots.txt, as Google has a way of finding pages and indexing them even if they're not linked to.

I wouldn't expect you to get penalized.  I thought from your original post that the Is the content between the sites different?  If so you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Each keyword will inherit the ad group Max CPC bid, which you then can adjust on a keyword level.  So yes, you can adjust the max CPC bid for each keyword as you see fit.

What you've outlined above sounds correct!  That's how I'd structure it.

One other tip I give to everyone is to use Adwords Editor.  It's software that Google provides that you can install on your computer, and it makes creating and editing things in your Adwords account faster and easier than through the web interface.  You can download it here.

I think the point of the article was that you can serve the actual Facebook comments you get from this script on the page when GoogleBot crawls it, so the actual comments will be on the page and you can get the SEO benefits from the comments. Excerpt:

Yeah... beyond what I've already said, I don't really know what to do.  A sort of similar question is here, and Thomas makes some good points.  Adding some of the new schema.org markup could help (they have it for products, reviews, blogs, and more).

You don't want to do this in robots.txt.  If you serve pages with these parameters, people will inevitably link to them, and even if they're disallowed in your robots.txt file, Google maybe still index them, according to this: "While Google won't crawl or index the content of pages blocked by robots.txt, we may still index the URLs if we find them on other pages on the web."

This is what the rel=canonical tag is designed for.  You should use that to tell Google the page is duplicate content of another page on your site, and that it should refer to that other page.  You can read (and watch a video) about that here.

First, I work in-house managing our PPC accounts, and it's only part of my job.  We have a fairly sizable account in terms of spend, campaigns, and keywords, so I imagine it's similar to auditing several smaller accounts.

I usually check every morning to see how everything went the day before.  Nothing too in depth.  If I have new campaigns or ad groups, I check in on them every day for a month or so to see how they're converting, and if I need to make any tweaks or adjustments to any bids or settings.  Basically, I make sure that things are running smoothly!  Some things that can make this easier (in Adwords) are automated rules and labels.

On Mondays, I like to go in and see how everything went the week before.  Pretty much the same thing as my daily spot check, but over a week long duration.  I'll also check things like last 30 days for smaller spending campaigns to make sure we're seeing some conversion activity.

I run lots of reports monthly.  It takes me more than a day to get through all of them.

Doing PPC won't affect your SEO.  You might see some drop in some organic traffic, since people will be clicking your ads instead of your organic search results.

In one Google thread I found, the Google employee summed it up quite well:

Being an AdWords advertiser will not cause one's site to be listed or unlisted in the unpaid search results on the left hand side of the page. There is no relationship between one and the other at all. Adam is asking the right question.  On http://eartheasy.com/live_water_saving.htm, I grabbed some text "Many beautiful shrubs and plants thrive with far less watering than other species. Replace herbaceous perennial borders with native plants. Native plants will use less water and be more resistant to local plant diseases."  That text appears on a bunch of sites.  I tried this with several other phrases from different pages on your site, and almost every time several other sites shared identical text to yours.

Google is penalizing you because your content is identical to a bunch of other sites.  The more unique, original content you have, the more you should see your rankings rise.

If you view the source of your page (hitting cntl +u should do this), and find the image on the page, it should have an alt attribute on it.  For example:

A further question is if I limit my area to say my state if it was in the US would the word flowers include flowers statename or statename flowers?

It didn't look like anyone else answered this part so I'll jump in.  If you target a specific state with the keyword "flowers" (and you're using anything other than exact match), Adwords default campaign settings will target people within that state that search for your keyword, as well as people around the world that search for that state with the keyword.  For example, if your targeted location is California, if people in New Jersey search for "California flowers", they may see your ad.  This option is in the campaign settings under location options (advanced)> Target.  The default is "People in, searching for, or viewing pages about my targeted location (recommended)", but you can change it to "People in my targeted location" or "People searching for or viewing pages about my targeted location".  Here's the Google help article talking more about these options.

This is where the adCenter Destkop tool and Excel will be your friend! You should be able to export your whole account, and set it up in Excel to construct your destination URLs using your campaign name, ad group name, and keyword (and any other info you want to add). Then you can re-import this file back into adCenter Desktop and update your account.

Most of the time in GWT you can see the page where the referring link is coming from.  The crawl errors in GWT are links to your site, so if people use an invalid URL to link to your site, it'll show up as a 404 error in GWT.

In my experience when this happens en masse, some spammy site goes a little nuts and tries to link to a bunch of pages, but goofs something up to make the URLs 404s, like putting a extra space which renders as a %20, in the href at the end of the URL.

If it's a common mistake, you might considering putting a rewrite rule in to 301 redirect those 404 URLs to valid pages on your site.  You could also contact the webmaster of that site to fix the URL or URLs that are invalid (especially if it would be a valuable link).  Lastly, you can do nothing and ignore the errors.

Google images can search by image!  Go to images.google.com, and click the little photo icon on the right of the search bar.  You can search by image URL, or upload the image directly to Google to search.

I'm not sure about your HTML sitemap; I don't think HTML sitemaps are a supported format for you to submit to Google (I don't see them on sitemaps.org).  You just need Google to crawl this page, and all the pages it links to?  There is a plain text format (see here) that is allowed for sitemaps.  You could probably change your HTML sitemap pretty easily to that format.

I'm pretty sure you're allowed to submit multiple sitemaps, but I can't find anything concrete saying you can or can't.  The Google Webmaster Tools UI seems to support it, so my guess is that it would be fine.  Try it and see if it works?  You could also create a sitemap index file that references both these sitemaps.

You can read more about sitemaps on sitemaps.org.  According to the Google help doc here, they adhere to these standards.

If you partner with one of these Facebook Exchange partners (for example, Adroll), you can show ads to people on Facebook who have visited specific pages on your site.  Your exchange partner will do the cookie-ing on your site in order to target the ads, and will also push the ad copy to Facebook.  So once you put their script on your pages, and you provide them with the ad copy, images, and criteria for targeting, they set up the rest!

If the people you're looking to remarket to are customers and you already have their e-mail addresses, with the custom audiences feature on Facebook, you can show ads to people by their e-mail addresses.
