Would you recommend content within Javascript links?
I will paste link to same answer here: https://moz.com/community/q/text-hidden-by-java So - this text is "less valued" since it's covered with "display: none". It's much better if text is unrolled even if page will become little bit longer.

URLS appearing twice in Moz crawl
Hey Jon! There are only two ways for these URLs to be picked. Relative links in the source code or malformed sitemaps if the <loc>tags are not on the same line as the URL</loc> Incorrect: <loc>www.domain.com</loc> correct: <loc>www.domain.com</loc> If the linking page or referral URL is the sitemap, look in the source for the tags. If they are from another linking page, look for hyperlinks missing http:// the relative link would be Hope this helps!

Is something else a miss? Are rankings for our biggest keyword in a competitive sector is still at 3 on Google UK, so i dont think its a penalty. It could be a browser issue or conflict, i just dont know! the site is recyclingbins dot co.uk Thanks for your help

Unnatural links warning and steps to fix it
Hi Jon, You mentioned that you submitted a file with your known bad backlinks and that you also disavowed those links, but did you actually make attempts to get those links manually removed? Google wants to see that you have tried to remove as many of your unnatural links as possible. You also need to document this well in a Google Doc so that they can see your efforts. If you have indeed tried to remove backlinks then the next most common reason for sites to fail at reconsideration is because you haven't identified enough of your links as unnatural. Sometimes what looks natural to you actually may be a link that goes against the quality guidelines. Don't give up on this domain! I've yet to see one that couldn't be saved.

So i have the pleasure of being hit by a big G penalization
Find the articles bringing in no traffic first some pf the articles might be bringing in some long tail traffic but gradually switch to the new articles when & where appropriate.

Site architecture
I would aim to have the page name with the full phrase (for example www.example.com/office-recycling-bins.html) and also have the full phrase in the title tags however in the navigation I would go for Office Bins, Kitchen Bins, Outdoor Bins etc.The user is aware that site is about recycling so doesn't need to be told on each navigation label.

Wordpress when to use posts or pages
You can think of your Wordpress Pages and Posts, think of hard and soft landscape elements. HOW DO I USE PAGES? Pages are like the boulders of your website. They anchor customer expectations, and provide a semi-permanent structure for your site. Typically pages answer the big questions "Who are you?" "What do you do?" "How can I get in touch with you?" and so on. When paired with solid navigation architecture, pages also keep important information easily available for visitors. HOW DO I USE POSTS? Posts are like the annual flowers you put in for a splash of color. A steady stream of posts shows visitors and search engines you have relevant, up to date information. Posts can also provide interesting new reasons for visitors to come back to your site after the initial visit. They allow you to capture more long-tail search traffic, and give you an opportunity to list your blog in RSS directories. Posts also have a shorter shelf life than pages. Once they are replaced by new posts, old posts will always be available in the archives, or accessible via search. However, it can be more difficult to locate old posts as compared to pages. FUN WITH POSTS & PAGES: Wordpress has interesting features available for pages and posts. For example, let's say you have a page explaining a specific line of EMD services. You can also create an EMD category to collect blog posts related to that service. Using that EMD category, you can collect these posts into a feed and embed that category feed into your EMD service page. The result is a static page for your EMD service, which also includes your latest EMD posts. Good for your visitors, good for search engines.

Optimising my ecommerce blog
To start with I would conduct some keyword research to identify bin related phrases that are generating search volume and you could deliver some interesting content around. I would also consider creating some link worthy content, a competition may be worth a try maybe giving school children the opportunity to produce a graphic design to cover one of your bins? This should increase your blog posts ability to rank in the serps. From a user perspective I would break the posts up with some images and maybe some bullet points and sub headings to make them easier to digest. Including images would also give you the opportunity to optimise the image alt text. I would also make sure all your posts only contain one meta description as multiple meta descriptions can confuse search engines: On URL www.imrubbish.co.uk/blog/2011/07/best-recycling-bin/: name="description" content="I'm Rubbish.co.uk Blog"> name="description" content="Our best selling bin so far this year has been the Open Top Recycle 50 and Recycle 30 litre. Both come with a choice of 2 coloured bases, 6 coloured lids and" />

I need help with htaccess redirect
Any redirect causes an estimated 1 - 10% loss of link juice. If all your links use the non www version, then from a pure SEO link value perspective you should redirect the www version to the non www version of your URL. If you are on good terms with the sites who are providing those links, you could also ask them to update their links to your new structure. It's a decision you will need to make. Your htaccess code seems ok. Once again, that is not my area of expertise. I created the code I used with the Redirect app in cPanel and have copied it.

Can Search engines crawl this page
Google should not be able to crawl that page as long as it is password protected. However, Google already has it indexed and password protecting it may not induce Google to de-index the page.
