I know it's time consuming but best would be to create unique content for all those. You can play a lot with differences between keywords, call-to-actions and unique selling points in the title and meta description.

Not as far as I know. Would be nice, I agree. Maybe contact Moz if they can add it as extra feature?
It's possible to export the entire ranking history to CSV, than you can create your own graph.. not the most ideal situation but could help.

As far as I remember, Moz takes them into Archive for a few months. So when you try to add the campaign again it probably takes it out Archive.

Create the page on such a way that everyone would like to share it. I've seen several 1-pages that have received a high page rank in short period because it was fun (because of design or something else) to share or such a good tool to have. Everyone started to share it.
One example: this domain is having the question "Can I wear shorts?" in dutch in the domain. It has a pagerank of 3 now, without any other text:

Yes, I agree with Irving and Thomas. Don't focus too much on the competitor but get your own good, unique content as a base to start.
