1 physical address, 2 live GMBs for 2 different businesses
Hi Gavo, My apologies for the delayed reply, as I've been away for the past 10 days. I think you're right to feel some concerns and have some questions about what your client is doing. If the myotherapy is just a service his chiropractic office is offering, then he shouldn't be building out new listings for it. Google's policy on this hasn't changed. However there are some nuances to the scenario, like: Did he legally register this with government agencies as a new, completely distinct business Does he have a unique phone number for the business, being answered "Myotherapy Office" instead of "Chiropractic Office" when patients (or Google) phone in? Is the myotherapy part of the business open at separate hours from the chiro business? There could, potentially, be cause for treating the two models as separate, but you'll need to know the complete details before making an educated guess as to whether the owner is putting himself at risk for suspension.

Good Collaboration resources for link building
Hmm - aside from webrings of yore, I haven't seen too many tools trying to accomplish this. There were a few out there trying to connect guest bloggers, but, they mostly turned into directories of spam or low quality sites, not ones you'd really want to partner with. As Roman mentioned, there's tons of influencer networks in every consumer niche that will enable pay-to-play opportunities but the safe advice is to treat these as advertising opportunities, not link opportunities. Most people doing good collaboration will do direct email outreach and treat the collaborations like a real partnership (links are a side benefit and never mentioned). Figure out a good way to partner with people and the links will be naturally part of it.

What are the best LinkedIn Automation tools around?
I know this is an old question and the solutions have changed since. May I introduce you to my favorite tool RecurPost? With its recurring schedules it is an alternative to Buffer. If you want categorized updates and schedule for the entire category then this is even a recommended solution by Buffer.

Is a Facebook lookalike audience a good idea when audience requires a necessary characteristic
Gavo, I think in this scenario, I would encourage you to just test it out and see how it works for you. The lookalike audiences can be a great way to reach those that you may not have any option to target normally. And since Facebook cpcs are generally much lower than AdWords, it's worth setting aside a testing budget and running a few different tests. Another idea would be to instead of creating a lookalike audience, to create a target that does match your criteria. Facebook has a large selection of criteria and you can preview the audience size before running a campaign. Do keep in mind that Facebook doesn't have the same intent as SEM marketing. You'll need to give them a strong reason to take action. Best of luck! Let me know if you have any further followup questions! Trenton

CPA for Facebook Advertising
The facebook pixel will allow you to track conversion to the specified page however you will be charged from Facebook for Clicks or views depending how you set up the ad. Facebook has nothing to do with your website, so it is not going to allow payment vs acquisition. However, you can set up contact forms and shops on your actual facebook page. Either way payment occurs when a facebook user has an action with your ad.

Facebook Lead Ads to email
Hi Gavo, I use Facebook Lead Ads for Moz, but I just manually download and upload into our CRM on a weekly basis, and I don't know of a free CRM that you could use here. Wish I could be of more help. Maybe this Facebook article can point you in the right direction? https://www.facebook.com/business/help/977482022303376/?ref=u2u

Facebook Business Manager - Assigning Roles & Billing
Hi there! What's most likely going on is the assigned person doesn't have the right amount of access, or you haven't set up the ad account correctly. It's billed to the credit card attached to the ad account. Have you set up the ad account? You can't run ads just with a business manager you have to use the ads manager. How are they boosting the post? There are two ways to do it, once from the page directly and one from the backend of the ads manager.

Address consistency issue between GMB and directories
Hi Miriam, Hope you're much better now! Thanks heaps for your informative response as well as Joy's article. The only reason we'd come up with a unit number 'A' and 'B' for the 2 clients was to resolve the issue of duplicate address with Google. We had to resolve an issue with ABC's GMB with the help of a Google Business consultant and that's how they noticed business ABC and XYZ shared the same address (but both GMBs managed to be verified). We tried explaining to no avail that it was possible in Australia for 2 businesses to share the same office premise (with no separate entrance, they're not on different levels, they do not occupy different rooms within the same office space). Hence, we finally thought to 'resolve' it by creating unit numbers to fix the issue of duplicate address on G+. What a 'fix'!

Not appearing when www.domainname.com.au is searched
Hey Gavo, Looks like ShedSafe.com is such a popular company, if you search for "www.shesafe.com.au", Google thinks that you just missed the "d" in "www.shedsafe.com.au". See the different messaging at the top? If you don't include "www", it asks, "Did you mean: shedsafe.com**.au**?" If you do include it, it says "Showing results for www.shedsafe.com.au." My guess here is that when you include "www", Google thinks you're trying to use their search engine as a browser, so they're more likely to correct you. When you're not using "www", they're showing the results as you searched for them. I think the key here is more Domain Authority, time, and branding. The more Google sees that your site is respected, they'll be less likely to recommend ShedSafe. Good luck! Kristina

Having issues crawling a website
That robots.txt should be fine.. its not blocking anything. The reason the crawl is stopping on the homepage is this code: <meta name="<a class="attribute-value">robots</a>" content="<a class="attribute-value">nofollow</a>"> Which tells bots to not follow any links on the page. Remove that and you should be good.
