i do see the site ranking # 1 in Google.de , not for google.com and google.ca. It's definitely ranking at the top because of the exact match in the URL as well as keyword stuffing on the actual page itself. Google may not have rolled out the updates as aggressively for the international sites as they did for .com. I agree with eyepaq its only a matter of time before another high quality site knocks it off the top position.

Hi Is there any way that we can avoid rewriting content for  whole site? Do you mean that all websites that have 1000+ pages writes content again if they have sites in .com.au and .co.uk? Isnt it a big big work? AMit

_As you have said you have translators in your team, you can always approach high quality blogs in German to get your article posted therein. I do not know why you are after article directories which are heavily affected by Panda and there is no point in submitting article in English language article submission. Since these sites are visited by English speaking people, why you should be wasting your time by submitting your article there. Rather try email marketing, Adwords, banner advertising etc. _

Hi Amit, fresh content is a great thing and can signal to search engines that your site is "alive" and regularly updated. Plus the more quality content that's on your site, the more potential keywords you can rank for and links you can earn. However, fresh content alone won't let you rank well on Google. You still need to earn links, promote your content, have a social media strategy etc. Updating your content regularly is just one tactic in an SEO strategy. Good luck.
