Hi Duncan, Your current display in the SERPs is a blended listing. The title is going to your homepage. Other elements are going to Google Maps and your Google+ Local page. So, that qualifies it as blended. As Adam has mentioned in his response, we may not be completely understanding the intent of your question. Can you offer further clarification? Thanks!

Duncan, Questions are not dumb unless they are not asked. (my bit of Zen for the morning;). It is interesting and I have seen it before. Not sure that I can answer why OSE would show it. It would be interesting to see the site/link if you could supply. As to not findig a link to the page, are you saying it was not a SERP result on Baidu? It was in some other way on the page? Using mozbar, click on page analyses while on Baidu page and open box. When it opens in top right you will see several icons and the second is a white pen. Click or hover over and you will see a dropdown with different colors for highlighting. Click on followed and it will highlight in green all followed links. (assumption is it would be a followed link since it is a serp.) Let us know what you find. Best,

Creating a new sitemap and submitting it should get rid of those errors. And might I suggest you setup a development domain so you won't have these problems again in future?

We are a web design company ...I think you are saying instead of where it says packages it should say web design packages ...instead of our works   websites we built.

I completely  agree with you when you say.. "In my opinion the SEO consultant who will bring the most value to a company will be the one who learns the most about that  company's current business, current products, current goals and current capacity... and then identifies ways to match them to opportunities that exist on the web." And this is exactly the type of business I want us to be, so how would you recommend learning about these above mentioned factors and more.  Apart from researching there site and industry ( which comes later) assuming they are not a client yet. It seems to me that a well designed in depth questionaire would scale very well and would mean that before you start looking deeply into someones site ( which takes alot of time ) you can use questions carefully constructed to serve lots of purposes. Then of course come your research more talks with the client and eventually a proposal/ business plan. but it seems to me that the first step is to make them think  through a set of questions it shows that they are commited and it should be very usefull for everyone involved

For checking rankings, I've found SEMRush to be very useful. Not sure about automation, but it has fairly easy access to data and it allows you to export to Excel or CSV.

At the very least you could edit the meta-tags and the title.   It might have to be hard-coded though depending on the CMS (if any) you're using.

Hi Mate, The site needs a few touch ups I can see some SEO considerations that need help. I would also advise to link all the sites up so people can cross buy products. Furthermore I would also advise on Forums and message boards where people are talking about books and this type of niche. I would also do some keyword research around this area, see what you can use to optimize the sites. Another niche idea if you are limited on money is to find other bloggers in the space and say you will make content for them if you link back to the sales site, it is a easy way to build traffic and links. I have seen some niche book sites around. Hope this helps.
