How much value link from SEOMOZ will worth?
Google will value the 'trust' factor of a site as a whole. If you manage to get a backlink on say, newyorktimes.com, on a page that is well buried, that is still considered a good backlink because it's coming from a trusted source. I have stopped looking at pagerank (toolbar) altogether, and focus on the overall quality of a website now when doing my link building.

What has to be changed to improve rank?
Add more unique content, it may have been dropped after the last google farm update due to the page not being unique enough, as the others have pointed out, just build more links, obvious but true.

Are you SEO master? What would you change on my page?
I'd be careful with that footer you've got. I might be behind the times, but I think that could be considered keyword stuffing which, last I checked, Google doesn't look to nicely upon.

How to get Google images traffic?
Hi there, I don't have the time to digg deeper into that - sorry.... But I just made some search request (in google.at image search thought) and did find some results: e.g. "black diamond earrings" - http://www.google.at/search?hl=de&rlz=1T4GGLG_deAT305AT213&biw=1259&bih=817&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=black+diamond+earrings&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq= --> you are there on the first page with a huge n° of results. another search was (very exact term): http://www.google.at/search?q=Mens+Holiday+Deal+Yellow+Gold+10k+diamond+jewellery&hl=de&rlz=1T4GGLG_deAT305AT213&prmd=ivns&source=lnms&tbm=isch&ei=EFfwTc7zE8jMswbKyO3vAg&sa=X&oi=mode_link&ct=mode&cd=2&ved=0CBgQ_AUoAQ&biw=1259&bih=817 You see the first result of that search? This is the same image as you do have on your website. So you have some competitors for the same images. Apart from that there are several more factors of the whole website if you are trustworthy. And try to be less spamy with your image names - 12794_Mens_On_Sale_Gold_10K_Round_Cut_Cut_Black_Color_AAA_900ct_8093.jpeg is e.g. quiet spamy. But I think you are on the right way - hope this helps a little bit.

What changes have you made to see highest results?
Be savvy enough to re-optimize for different keywords if the originals just couldnt get to page 1 Focus on the long tail and variations of the 'big' keywords Study analytics and identify opportunities Introduce a new directory rather than try to optimise one set of category pages for too many keywords Add rich snippets for considerable CTR increase in SERPS

Google dosent care that much about links lately?
Where would you advice getting your links? Blog comments look like spam if your keyword is in the name field and I'm sure google will crack down on this. Emailing webmasters will cost a hell of a lot if you want a lot of links. Directorys are low quality and irelevant! Where does this leave us in terms of getting links?
