Google Disavow File Update
Yes. I did keep in most of the old domains that had been in the original Disavow file. Since the things I learned after doing the original file showed that I had mistakenly disavowed a few domains that were OK, I did omit them from the new file. And I added some that had not been in the original. Nobody but Google knows for sure, but my understanding is that a particular Disavow only has an effect while that particular file is active on your Google Webmaster account. So if you delete it or upload a new one, then you will eventually see the old effect disappear and be replaced by the effect of having no or a different disavow file. I just wish the effect wasn't so slow on Google. The effect of disavowing linking domains in Bing Webmaster Tools seems to be very quick. But it's rarely needed there since Bing doesn't have nasty Pandas and Penguins to battle...

Moving Entire Domain to New Site with New File Extensions
Danny Dover wrote this guide to moving domains back in 2009, but I did a quick review of it and it still looks good today.

Has anyone use this source to submit articles?
Directories and Article Submission sites rarely count anymore. Also remember as a good rule of thumb, if it's easy for you to get I'm sure all of your competitors have got it as well.

Responsive SEO - Redesign
I've never worked with ColdFusion, but from what I can see Mura CMS seems to be close to the top and it's open source. Take some time to peruse their support forum to see if it's right for you.

Buying Facebook Likes...
Agreed! See the problem is that these companies are probably reaching out to small businesses... explaining the association with SERP's and Social Signals. Then they pitch you $29.99 for 500 Likes... if these companies are in existence and continue to be.. is because they are doing a good job at selling ... Now is it a 'fatal technique' ? I would probably say Yes... but would like to see some real data to make sure. (Not that I am interesting in Purchasing Likes) but because it is no different than 'Buying LINKS' - and this is, unfortunately, a common practice in our industry.

Missing Title Tags on Include Files?
By 'include files', do you mean that you have one central design (e.g. an index.php) and then a query pulls in the correct page? If your pages are pulled in from that subdirectory and if you're now getting errors, then I suggest you Check to see if those pages are included in Google's index, using a "site:" query Use a robots.txt disallow command to prevent it from being included in future. For it to have appeared in Google's index in the first place, either these files are in your sitemap.xml or you've accidentally created a direct link from somewhere to those files. Either way, check your folder security and block anything that shouldn't have access to those files.
