If you are tracking more than 25 profiles in a single account, Google will not be able to send us all of the profiles as their token limit is 25. You may need to move the profile to a separate account that has less than 25 profiles. I will put in a request to see if we can sort the imported profiles to be better organized in our next feedback meeting. Google's API has some limitations on how they send us data when authenticating so I cannot guarantee we will be able to deploy any quick changes.

I've confirmed that the SERP limits are 100 across all of our subscription tiers for full reports and 300 for daily basic reports.

Rank tracker limits are 50 for Standard/Medium, 100 for Large, and 300 for Premium

The only way to obtain historical data is to setup custom reports for weekly and/or monthly reports which will automatically store a PDF copy within the custom reports section with the exception of crawl diagnostics and links data as you would need to manually download a CSV copy after each update to store.

When connecting Google Analytics you would need to use the email address that manages the profile for the specific domain. It helps to not be logged into Google when connecting so you can be prompted to log in with the correct credentials.

Sorry for the confusion! The 3 competitors limit applies to all levels. This is a limitation we hope to increase later in the future once we have the resources to do so.

I apologize for the delay. Weekly reports are scheduled based on when campaigns were created so when creating a weekly report they will automatically be scheduled to generate the day after the previous week's collection is completed.

Monthly data will be collected by the 4th day of each month so until all data has been collected, reports will not be generated. Weekly reports will re-generate automatically if there is a delay in data.

You can still have custom logos on On-page reports. This is only available under the Grade a Page link within a campaign. This is not available in the Research Tools grader.

Sorry for the confusion. A $1 authorization hold is a common practice to verify your billing details. It is not a charge that will clear and is instantly voided so you will see it disappear from your account after a couple of days. Sorry for the confusion. In preparation for mobile rankings, we had to merge the competitor column into a drop down so you will need to add a new module with the 3rd competitor displayed.

Once we have a mobile rankings solution in place the columns will be Your rankings, 1 competitor rankings, and 1 mobile rankings.

Our tools can only import data and do not post or submit content on your behalf. The messaging you see is likely standard for all 3rd party connections to their API as some apps can post content. Our does not.

Sorry to hear your reports didn't get sent out. I took a look at your reports and it appears they are all set to export monthly but for weekly data. What you will need to do is re-add your modules for each report but must set the timeframe first, then add the modules and design the report. You will be able to export a monthly report right away for the campaigns that have October data and next month they will be automatically sent.

You do not have to change your URL. We will automatically follow HTTP to HTTPS with your current configuration. You only need to create a new campaign if your domain name changes, which includes going from www to non-www and vice versa.

We will follow https from http so it cannot be specified in the campaign setup. You will want to work with your hosting provider to check the request attempts from rogerbot as they will be able to investigate any issues with the site/server responding.

You do not have to create a new campaign for HTTP/HTTPS changes. Only if the subdomain or rootdomain is different.

This means you are re-attempting to re-submit too quickly. You will want to wait 2 minutes before resubmitting, however since the transaction initially declined, I recommend contacting your bank for more info.
