How to fix this URL?
Moz isn't able to follow Javascript. If you disable javascript, you won't be able to get past the home page on your site, and you'll never get to http://ravisharrma.com/home.html. We have some more info on that at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/409821-Why-Isn-t-My-Site-Being-Crawled-You-re-Not-Crawling-All-My-Pages-

Remove Google penalty or make a new website, Which is better??
In many cases, it is easier to start over than to clean up. But, no one can really answer your question without knowing a lot more facts. In general though, I would recommend attempting recovery if either of the following are true for your site: -You have a good base of truly natural links to your site -You have a lot invested in your domain name. But, if you're not married to the domain name and there aren't many natural links then starting fresh might be the best option.

Address on Every page of the website for Local SEO? Good or Bad?
Hi Varun, You can put your complete NAP (name, address, phone) on every page, but most typically, local business websites put this in two major places: the sitewide website footer and the Contact Us page. It can also be a good idea to have it in the site masthead to help visitors instantly know that your business is local to them. I would only put it on the rest of the pages of the website if it made sense to do so. It certainly won't hurt you if you want to put it on every page, but I don't think it will be of more help than simply having it in the places I've specified, above.

WIX? How to change URLS and is it any good for SEO
I would personally try and move away from Wix, you'd be surprised at how easy it can be to create a website, even if you're not technically minded. I'm sure there's plenty of youtube videos / books that could help. Once done, you're in a position to make your SEO as strong as possible, without limitations.

What to write in Guest Post Email Subject
I am not sure there are titles that will ensure anything. Just like any direct mail or email marketing tactic, people get used to overused ones quickly and easily. My advice is not to use the same title every time, but craft each on to each person you are reaching out to. Trying to do guest posting en masse is not going to be worthwhile for you.

Product/service keyword in business title????
Hi Varun, It's great to have you here in the forum! As Matt-Antonio and ClaudioHeilborn have correctly stated, the business name you enter when you create your Google+ Local page must be your real business name, with no additional keywords of any kind. This advice is based on what Google states in their Google Places Quality Guidelines: Do not attempt to manipulate search results by adding extraneous keywords or a description of your business in the business name field. The guidelines are the best place to go to understand the rules Google has published regarding the use of their product. Here's the link: https://support.google.com/places/answer/107528?hl=en Hope this helps!

How to add Geo Meta Tags, Dublin Core, Microformats in Word press website?
Check this article which pretty much covers everything related to micro-formats https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/99170?hl=en If you're using WordPress then you can use this plugin which has support for pricing and rating but keep in mind that they are not visible to the user. http://simplemediacode.com/wordpress-pugins/itemprop-wp/ I usually add them manually so I can format them and display them nicely to users while still showing micro formats.
