Using meta robots 'noindex'
Thanks for all of the help! It's not that there's anything wrong with our on page links, and we have used analytics as a helpful resource. I'm just trying to learn best practice for all of the little things. Any other advice for homepage redesign is greatly appreciated!

Can embedding videos from other sites help SEO?
I agree with EGOL -- great way to stand out. That said, bad video can be detrimental. Using videos from the manufacturer will largely depend on how good they are. I've seen some horrible product videos that probably hurt a product page. Why not create your own? Some good posts here: http://www.seomoz.org/q/search?utf8=✓&query=video+seo&x=0&y=0

How do you see Google results specific to location?
If you are signed in to Google clear the history for that account. You can also change the location you are in so it displays the listings by location

Keyword tool results - broad match or exact?
Close Eric. http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=6100 Broad Match = similar phrases and relevant variations (synonyms included) That's why when you want to check a specific search volume is better if you put phrase and exact match to show. Broad includes to many variations in my opinion to estimate correct search volume.

On Page Optimization Reports
I had this problem, too. Here's what I did. Under Manage Keywords add the keyword/term to your keywords in your campaign. Then go to the On-Page Report Card and choose that keyword, but input the URL of the page you want to track. The most important step is to click Run This Report Weekly. It is on the right just above the the grade box. You can add or delete Keywords and change which URLs you want have the weekly report for. Hope this helps. Harriet PS I should add that I don't know how the terms are originally chosen by the app, but with the ability to change them is what is important.

Bad on page optimization grade, still displays high in SERP
Hi, there are more factors that play into ranking then on-page optimization. In the 2011 ranking factors, you can see that Page Level Link Metrics and Domain Level Link Authority all play a larger role then on-page keyword usage. To give you an example, Geek Squad ranks in the first few results for "computer repair" but they score an F for on-page optimization. (imagine our frustration) Getting high quality links from powerful domains, and getting links with powerful anchor text can account for your situation. I am curious as to why your page isn't optimized for those specific keywords? Did you do this intentionally?
