Influence on CTR for high traffic keyword in url and redirect
"The other way is to make a few extra bucks and invest in them in tissues. You will need them when you wake up to the "Site not found in the top 100" X 2." Well Said and yeah that would suck I am thinking that moving from freethiskeyword.com -> thiskeyword.com cant hurt me from a Google sense, unless the EMD does.

Guidance on Press releases and where to find them
Give this search a try press release web. It's got most of the main ones. Really, you only need one good release, though. If you're really looking to make it big on a serious game that could catch on big-time, you may look to a company that specialized in writing press releases, though.

Google analytics realtime reporting same keywords with different capitalization
The only time I would expect that is if a marketer is using the Google URL builder and put "Scrabble dictionary" as the keyword.

To many links on page and penguin
Generally keep your eyes open for sitewide links, keyword-rich commercial anchor text, out-of-context links (like a link for laundry soap on an auto blog) and anything that you couldn't defend to Matt Cutts.

Geographical location influencing Auto Complete / Search Suggest
Cesar/Stephan, personally I have not seen much difference or I should clearly say any difference between a Dallas Restaurant site hosted in Dallas vs a Dallas Restaurant site hosted in New York. I just don't see any evidence today, but from a country perspective, it definitely plays a role. So if you were targeting Toronto Restaurants, the site hosted in Toronto/Canada would be better then hosted in Dallas/NY/USA. It would then also mean looking at a .ca domain vs a .com However, this could change tomorrow and it would not be a big surprise if local hosting influences local rankings. So if you have the choice to host it locally, where your target customer is, do it. Expect no gains because of it today, but there's nothing to loose, right ? As for Auto Suggest, yes, location plays a role. Just search for weather. You'd see your city's weather information. If you fly to another city and then refresh that weather results page, the results will change to reflect that city. I hope this helps.

Fake product ideas
Much in the same vein as Monopoly - you can have a special themed Scrabble board. There's 1000s of Monopoly ones out there - I'm sure you could come up with tonnes of unique/(stupid) ideas!

Duplicate Content Discovery
I agree with Tom that you should be fine as your competitors will be in a similar situation as the test is required by law. If you are still concerned a couple of ways around it could be to have the legal info as an I-frame so it is not seen by Google as part of the page (but they may consider it a work around spam and in the future it may be something they target (Just trying to be whiter than white hat)) The other way around it that I do not see as being an issue in the future is to have the legal text as an image, so your visitors can read it but it is labeled as legal information to the search engines. I hope this helps Sean

Anyone have any opinions with Rank Logix SEO Company
Well back linking and establishing relationships online is where I struggle. Maybe I need a consultant more than anything to teach me ways I can do so.

Opinions about good article writers and where to find them
Hi Cesar, Try Textbroker - we've picked up some really good writers on there. I recommending starting with some small projects, hire a few writers and see who is the best. Then you can assign the best ones larger projects and continue with those. Thanks

Webpages load times and godaddy shared hosting vs. others
There’s not one easy answer depending on how your site is built. The following help article is a good place to start, however, optimizing your site’s speed will take more knowledge of how your site is currently scripted and how you will need to modify the scripting of the site to increase the load times. http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/5780/how-can-i-speed-up-my-site

Kill your htaccess file, take the risk to learn a little
Interesting post. Yeah, the .htaccess file is the most important file out there and it is easy to mess up (as I am sure most everyone has at one time or another).

Confirming Robots.txt code deep Directories
that's right! Disallow: /root/this/ will bock the complete directly whereas, Disallow: /root/this/that will only block the "that" within "this" hope this helps!

Can high SERPS and/or social signals minimize Google penalties and a back linking removal question
I believe that social signals are important however I doubt if Google has a way of knowing how many "likes" you got (Bing may know due to their somewhat partnership). What I do believe is that Google does recognize people coming from social media like FB and gives you credit for it (as a site that has social appearance)and that it does recognize other types of shares such as twitter, tumblr, stumblupon and obviously Google +. There was an article here at MOZ once and they tried to analyze social signals. I thinkk that the result was that there is a correlation but not necessarily causation. Good luck

Recovery from Penguin removing internal urls permanently replace with new
You are 100% correct. This is how you dump links! You must remove the page and let it 404. Won't guarantee that you will recover if you did link building to your homepage though, which is why you should never point links to your homepage. Good luck!

Recovering from the Penguin update finally w00t!
So you removed a bunch of sitewide (anchor-text rich ? ) links and you recovered. That's pretty much how everybody understands it. And yes, there was a Penguin refresh on October 5th. More credibility to the notion that you can only recover from Penguin during a refresh or update. And If you recovered at any other time, then you probably weren't hit by Penguin in the first place.

Google webmaster tools Who links the most updates?
We were on the blogroll of a site that had 7,000 odd pages but these links weren’t yet being displayed in our GWT. We pre-emptively requested that the link was removed but 30-40 days later the now non-existent links started to be picked up and reported in GWT. Two months later and they’re still there. It does appear there is somewhat of a staleness to the data.

Page Rank Sculpting
This is an example of how google will change their mind without tellin' When nofollow first came out Matt Cutts said that it could be used to "sculpt" pagerank. Some people started to use it that way. Then, years later, Google said that they had changed their mind about this quite a while ago and that they had been evaporating the pagerank flowing into nofollow links. So, just because you hear google say something today. Don't count on that working tomorrow. Bottom line, do stuff because you think it will be GOOD FOR THE VISITORS ON YOUR WEBSITE. Lots of the links that people have built in the past have negative value today.... lots of the crap content that people created in the past has negative value today... Those folks should have been building things that are good for their visitors instead of building contraptions to fool google. You might fool google today but down the road it will hit you in the ass.
