Agree with the value of someone linking to my site. Problem is that many of my clients do not have websites but they have agreed to post a testimonial on mine.

Over the years I have seen both good and bad when it comes to the posting of testimonials online. Some argue that they are too easily manipulated or contrived and others argue that genuine ones help. Any thoughts on the value of online testimonials?

where does on look to find out how to contact the editor for the section in question? The section of dmoz is dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/Canada/British_Columbia/Localities/C/Courtenay/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/   but I do not see any link to contact the editor.

I have had the same experiences. First time submitted and waited a year and nothing. Re-submitted and after another 6 months nothing. I had heard the link one gets (assuming one gets one) has been devalued

Have not hear much good about DMOZ lately. Is this listing worth anything?

Recently notice that the domain authority for twitter is shown as 8 instead of the 100 that it used to. Is this a glitch or an actual change?

My sense was that it was merely aimed at selling services when I visited it

Over the past couple of monthly updates I have notice both coming down a bit even though nothing has changed that should affect them. Anyone else notice this? Perhaps it is attributable to better metrics?

At the start of the year they appeared within 24 hours. Now some do not appear at all such as those associated with ratings.

What is best? Increasing DA and PA on a specific social media profile such as twitter or spreading out the DA and PA on a variety of different profiles?
