RE: Why can I only add three search engines to a campaign?
Hi Nick,
Currently thats not a feature that is available in our web app. If you would like us to consider it for a future release please submit it here http://www.seomoz.org/dp/change-log and our product team will look it over.

RE: Do you spend much time on the phone when link building?
Hi Daniel,
When I was working on my own I spent just about zero time on the phone building links. Like they said below, I did most of my link building via emails since it was much less time consuming. I've also talked with some of the other people in the office and over at Distilled and they agree that they spend almost no time on the phone building links.
I'd say it's your responsibility to build the links but I would pick a easier solution than the phone.

RE: Internal anchor text
Hi Oxygenretreat,
Singulars and plurals should be treated the same, so your main page should be targeting both "exotic vacations" and "exotic vacation" because Google sees them as the same in most instances. As for internal linking, it doesn't hold near the weight with Google as it has in the past. My suggestion would be to make sure that your anchor text is related to the page and thats about it. If you have a page about exotic vacations make sure that the internal anchor text links to it with some form of exotic vacations and not some term like "home". Since internal anchor text is easily manipulated Google has reduced it's role in their ranking models over the past years.

RE: Crawl Budget vs Canonical
Hi Highland,
I would defiantly work on making sure that your product only lives in one category. The canonical tag is a nice little band-aid but it still fix the root of the problem. I would suggest you can have it listed in many different categories but it only lives in one category at the product level. So for instance:
It's displayed here
site/cat1
site/cat2
site/cat3But it only displays product details at a url like this
site/category/product
I'm not a huge fan of having Google crawl 4 or 5 extra pages per product just to find a canonical tag when you could just spend the extra programming time to make it work correctly.

RE: Is the www and non www isue realy seen by Google as duplicate content?
Hi Michael,
Now a days Google is really Google at figuring out what version of the website you want to go with but with that said, isn't really that hard of a thing to fix. I'd say that as long as all your internal links are consistent in pointing to the same version, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. In the long run of things, by making the redirect you won't see this huge bump in rankings but it is a standard practice that is done.

RE: Cannot delet campaign
Hi Tommy,
To delete a campaign, go to your PRO Dashboard and click on "Campaign Settings". Then scroll all the way to the bottom and click "Delete". If the campaign is staying there for some strange reason please email help@seomoz.org and let them know.

RE: Ranking are not correct
Hi Haig,
It seems the problem is that Google is ranking the www version of your website. The reason why your website isn't being shown in the ranking report is because you entered it as vegashotel.com and thats what our web app is looking for in the SERPs but since www.vegashotel.com is ranking we miss it. I do believe we have this fix in the works so it will be counted in the future but for now you will need to go into Google Webmaster Tools and specify that you want the non-www displayed.

RE: Campaign keywords (48) and on page report (17)
Hi Randy,
The Web App will try to find pages that rank well and score well in the On Page Report. Just because you have added 48 keywords doesn't mean that you will get 48 on page reports. Usually when I find a situation like this I find that my site isn't well optimized for the keywords that I entered. If you want to view the on page report for a specific keyword and page you can run it manually also.

RE: Amazon s3 links
Hi Eyepaq,
SEOmoz using a CDN to host all of our images, though we set up a DNS change so they can be hosting on a third party server but listed at cdn.seomoz.org. Doing what you are talking about shouldn't effect any of your "juice" if you are just using it to display your images using the img tag or via css. You pdfs might be affected since you are using a <a href="">tag which tells Google you are linking to that file. In the long run you will be much better off than anything you might lose by doing something like this.</a>
