Thanks, that's very interesting. One question - if most of the incoming searches use the version number in the search term ("blue widget guide 3.0") would you still advise just changing the title? Obviously the URL will still have the old version number in it.

Agreed.  Indirectly, Google rank has always been affected by load time, because a long load time can increase the bounce rate. Best, Christopher

Since the search engines aren't very good with videos yet, that is the reason behind the practice. For clients, I also always try to include a brief summary below to help out a bit more. Never hurts to cover all the bases!
