URL not returning a page successfully
Hello! As a follow up to Donford who gave a relevant answer it could be a variety of things. This could include your hosting provider blocking our crawl as our server from Dallas can reach the site. The other thing may be delayed loads on the page due to the slider. The last thing that could be is if there are any javascript of dynamic redirects happening on this page Roger may turn away. I would first check with your web host to see if they are blocking crawlers or if anything seems odd in your htaccess files. Next check the page for any unwanted or unneeded redirects. Hopefully after these two items are checked you'll be back in action but please let me know if there is anything else we can do from our end.

Is this a keyword cannibalization issue?
Hello, Well to me it makes sense to use "oak flooring" in the product titles since that is what it is. Unless you know a better alternative way of describing the product I wouldn't change it. Sometimes with e-commerce you end up with a lot of products with almost identical names. In those cases I try to add dimensions, colors, etc to the product titles. I have a theory that Google is smart enough to figure out it is an e-commerce site and that a lot of products with almost identical names might be on the same page. One thing you could try to rank a little bit better is to the change a couple of product titles (not all) so the title begin with "Oak Flooring".

Webmaster Tools Links
Hi, The answer is neither are accurate. But the best answer on this one is given by Ryan Kent in a previous thread about this issue. "If you want the most comprehensive link data, it is best to use numerous backlink tools and combine the data." - Ryan. I would definitely suggest to combine the data itself as both aren't fully accurate.

Can anyone explain why my rankings jump from page 1 to page 2 each week?
Yes and yes. Although for oak flooring on Google Shopping, we're listed on page 3 (should be second one, British Hardwoods). How can I improve our listing on Google Shopping? Or perhaps this is a question that I should scour/ask on a separate thread on seomoz.

Meta description tag missing in crawl diagnostics
The first thing I notice is you do have two different pages http://www.britishhardwoods.co.uk/oak-skirtings-architraves.php http://www.britishhardwoods.co.uk/oak-skirtings-architraves.php/ The page with the "/" on the end is actually a different physical page. Both pages have the identical content presented differently. At a glance I would guess the page with the "/" ending is for users who view your site from a cell phone or with older browsers. Either way you need to canonicalize these pages. Right now those pages will show up as duplicate content to Google. As to your initial post, both versions of the page do contain a proper meta description. Their length is good at around 110 characters. I would check these pages in the crawl report for other issues. Perhaps it is getting confused. The canonical piece is a big concern which should be addressed immediately. Good luck.
