If you have a development server I would run some tests on it. Or even run wamp and copy your installation over. Just be careful against the change in url structure at the base from site to localhost or similar. I think you have multiple problems. 404, 500 and Flooding at first glance. Baldea says you have some misconfigured lines in htaccess and joomla and the extensions will modify that. Personally I would take out the extension or disable it. Turn off Joomla SEF and use a clean .htaccess file from installation if feasible. Then build it all again. Make sure to ask yourself if you really need the extension to handle SEF or if Joomla can do it for you. Save complications.. Adam

Sorry, I meant to say subdirectory (domain.com/site). With a subdirectory your new site will benefit from the domain authority of your old site, and your old site will benefit from any links you build to the new site. If you have 2 separate sites, you will be increasing the amount of link building you have to do, but there could be other benefits like branding, risk diversification, etc.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Chris is pretty much correct. The limit is due to the bandwidth issues of running those reports for each keyword. While you may only be interested in the percentage, the report itself uses the SERP and the metrics for each of those pages to generate that percentage. Unfortunately that's a processor intense function so doing so many at once would take a long time and would likely time out. I hope that answers your question. Cheers, Joel.

The extra categories, menus, etc do not cause any issues. They make it more difficult to work with the site and find the root issue. Imagine you set up a stereo that uses 10 wires for power, sound, etc. If you can cleanly view the 10 wires, it is very easy to diagnose any issues that may arise. Now imagine the same scenario but there were 50 wires, 40 of them which don't actually do anything but are there nevertheless. You wind up wasting time checking each of those wires to eliminate the possibility they are causing problems. With the above stated, your question boils down to you are not able to properly set the Title tags on your Joomshopping product pages. You should ask the Joomshopping publisher for assistance.

In short you can't as that content requires paid access to be able to read it so anyone who isn't a subscriber that comes to it won't be able to view the content - Googlebot is essentially a none paying visitor so it can't crawl and index information that is blocked by pay wall. You could allow a certain portion of each page to be visible to anyone visiting the site (maybe the first some many lines), this will get it indexed and has been carried out by other companies successfully. Call it a teaser to draw visitors in and increase subscribers if you want more search traffic...
