Has anyone had to deal with malware found on their website?
Start by making sure all of your WordPress themes, plugins, etc... are all up-to-date. It might also be a good idea to re-install if you have a backup of everything (including the database). I'm not sure what is flagging as Malware, but it also might be a good idea to perform searches on the names of all of your plugins/themes used to see if any have been related to Malware in the past.

Wordpress multisite and SEO
Just make a new page for every service. There is no reason to use the multisite function or have each keyword on a new domain. Not only will it not benefit you from an SEO standpoint it will also feel disconnected from a user standpoint. Nobody wants to see a "weirdexactmatchdomain.com" with a small amount of content on it, they would rather see all of your services on one complete website.

No index?
Hi, in my opinion you should 'no index' sites with high bounce rate compare to short time of visit (less than 10 sek). It's true or real bounce rate - visitor spent less than 10 sek on the one site and then left website. Also good idea is no index or even delete posts with 'heavy' content with long time of page load ... as I think flash galleries could be heavy. Page loading time (long) could also increase bounce rate. So you have a choice to have 600 posts or ... maybe 100 good posts ... good content vs average or poor content. Answer is simple Marek

Oh no googlebot can not access my robots.txt file
I can open text file but Godaddy told me robots.txt file is not on my server (root level). Also told me that my site is not crawled because robot.txt file is not there. Basically all of those might have resulted from plug in I was using (term optimizer) Based on what Godaddy told me, my .htaccess file was crashed because of that and had to be recreated. So now .htaceess file is good. Now I have to figure out is why my site is not accessible from Googlebot. Let me know Keith if this is a quick fix or need some time to troubleshoot. You can send me a message to discuss about fees if nessary. Thanks again

Yoast plug in - title settings
I'm having a similar difficulty on my own site - the words "Philadelphia SEO Company" are being appended to end of every post, not pages, posts only. I've ticked "force rewrite titles" on the Yoast General tab. I'm using "%%title%% " in the title template for both pages and posts on the Post Types tab. I have not touched the header.php file. Any ideas?

Duplicat contents on wordpress
Hi, I had the same issue. After setting up SEO MOZ, fixing about 400 problems, on the next crawl (after installing wordpress and transfering all our old news items across for our blog) we had about 1,000 problems with duplicate pages (most blog pages were duplicated 50 times!!!. I've installed Yoast, had a quick go through (looks good), I think I've got it sorted I'll check again after the next crawl and see if it works and report back. It's interesting how this question is also asked in the Wordpress forums with no responses or silly comments about SEOMOZ being rubbish and not understanding how Wordpress works (or what not).

Keyword: singular vs plural
I agree with all the great responses here. Just make sure when you do your keyword research on the Google Keyword Tool or Elsewhere, Choose Exact Match to get a good read on the data. My site cannot be found by google at all
I also notice that there is the following line in the code on the home page. I don't know if that's screwing anything up, but it's not a standard command as far as I know: You might try removing that and see if it helps. Simon also has a ton of good advice here.
