I don't think so, if anything there is a benefit. The only thing I don't like about press release sites is that you don't have control over where they submit your release. You pay them a fee, write your release and then how for the best. I haven't seen any negative effects from doing press releases. Just make sure what you put out there is something someone will find helpful or useful.

Google considers both url's as different. In your use case, i would use a robots.txt file to prevent google from indexing the site / pages.  When the site is released and the url's are permanent, you can remove the robots.txt More about robots.txt : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robots_exclusion_standard

Hello Actually we though about it when we released the website. The current heading, Title and PDF files are driving some traffic. As we have thousands of references it's not so easy to get different, and quality content. I think for now how gonna manually change the 80 duplicate content. But you're definitely right it would be better to get some more options as feedback and reviews. I gonna think about a way to do this. Tks a lot !

My experience tells me that using hyphens (-) in domain names doesn't go well with the users. Even a single hyphen in the domain name is quite frustrating. Think as a user - would you like to type a lengthy domain name with multiple hyphens? Users might perceive it as a spammy domain. It is better to use short domain names that are easy to remember. If you have run out of options and a long name is the only choice then avoid hyphens (-). Moreover, having a domain name same as the business name or kind of work is just one of the factors. Regards

So if I got it properly: Keeping one link on the home may not hurt my website (now) Keeping the footer link on all website would be the last thing to do Keeping the link in nofollow can bring me some new customers (now) and penalize my site soon I think I'm going for the nofollow option now. What do you think ?

Hello Thanks for your help. I think the best in my case gonna be to keep the strucutre /middle-east and /asia but to use a robot.txt for those subfolders (apart the who are we page). As explained I have to work also on the brand names which are different in those cases. So the main SEO effort will be on the .com. The other sub-folders will be more for users. Tks for your valuable help !
