Multiple H1 Tags on Page
Hello Chad, Absolutely, depending on how you structure your tags. The biggest problem with multiple H1's is that using different keywords can confuse Google and Users about what a page is attempting to rank for. If you have multiple keywords you are attempting to rank for, you are better off creating different pages with a small number of H1's optimized to each keyword respectively. This will help Google contextualize the page. This comes up frequently on Moz Q&A, and opinion has shifted throughout the years, but it is now considered best practice to use a single keyword/H1 tag for each page for best ranking potential. Hope this helps, Rob

City Gird.... Have you heard of it? Do you like it?
Generally, my opinion for most small businesses is that ad networks like CityGrid are not the highest-and-best use of their advertising dollars. However, if it's a new business, or one that has a lot of listing consistency issues, CityGrid can be worth an investment to try to clean up this information quickly. Without knowing more specifics about this case, my generic advice would be to stick to Facebook ads or exact-match long-tail Google Adwords.

I need some help...
If you corrected what it tells you... it should go away. Perhaps you just did the update and rogerbot hasn't crawled since? Always wait for the next week to see updates in those rankings, in case you did not know that.

Google Link-building Update....
As pointed out it depends, on a variety of factors. It can take hrs or either months for Google to crawl something. One thing that we always suggest is that you can use social signals, in particular Google+, on the page that has the link to get it crawled faster. For example if you are a gun company, and you want the link that you got on NY Times to be crawled faster tweet out the NY Times article. In the end you want that page that has your linked to get crawled faster. Here are a few tips that we wrote about a few months ago, that might help you: http://www.theedesign.com/blog/2013/raleigh-internet-marketers-index-your-website-for-you

Is PR Newswire any good?
The issue is that these are low level links created by duplicate content. There is nothing wrong with it happening, but the links don't count for much. Matt Cutts said just as much a few days ago, syndicated press releases don't mean much and their value is very small. I wouldn't waste time or money on it.

Good Social Media Software
Hi Chad I believe what you're looking for are influencer marketing solutions. You can probably check out Klout and PeerIndex, both of which measure individuals' influence across various platforms, and allows companies to offer these influencers "perks" and get them talking about it. Among the two, PeerIndex is probably more domain sensitive. You might want to check out Kred too, although it's not as famous as the two above. Wildfire and HootSuite are alternatives to help you manage multiple platform social media as well. The latter might be the more economic option. Alex

Meta title Tag dilemma.... need help
If you want to have total control over what goes into the title on each and every page, as your developer mentioned, that would definitely require some extra custom programming - can't begin to give a ballpark figure without talking more specifics. If you're okay with something at least semi-standard across the board that would just include having the actual property address in the title, I can't see that taking more than a couple of hours of programming (if that). Without looking at the actual source, I'm 99% sure that your property details are already being stored in a database. With that said, I imagine they can just duplicate the existing header into a new file (i.e. header2.cfm), insert CFM code into the title tag that pulls the property address, and then replace the header file that is currently included in the rentaldetail.cfm page with the new one. Should you make any global changes in the header in the future, you will need to update both header files. There's really probably a variety of ways to handle this, but that's my 2 cents. For whatever it's worth... I've worked on several real estate websites myself. They can get rather complicated. There's definitely a great deal of power in developing your own solution, but it can be costly and time-consuming - you can easily spend $20K for something good. If you see yourself continuing to need other programming adjustments, it may be easier to jump over to one of the more customizable commercial solutions, such as http://www.diversesolutions.com or http://www.realestatewebmasters.com . Please note that I'm not trying to bump your developer out of work - they can certainly assist with either of the above solutions, and will likely be necessary for the first one. Hope that helps -

Website Changes Updated in Google...
According to Google - "How often does Google crawl the web? Google's spiders regularly crawl the web to rebuild our index. Crawls are based on many factors such as PageRank, links to a page, and crawling constraints such as the number of parameters in a URL. Any number of factors can affect the crawl frequency of individual sites. Our crawl process is algorithmic; computer programs determine which sites to crawl, how often, and how many pages to fetch from each site. We don't accept payment to crawl a site more frequently. For tips on maintaining a crawler-friendly website, please visit our Webmaster Guidelines." Hope this helps. Mike

Is the " meta content tag" important?
I believe the meta description is a hugely underrated and valuable tool you can use. Especially once you get your on page SEO and link building set on a good course. An example would be my company wanted to be on first page of SERP for benchmarking. and the change in Meta Description in title tag allowing me to mention member names has improved click through rates dramatically and gotten us to page #1. I always try to tie in my company's biggest selling point in the title tag. I talked to the sales staff and asked, "What's your closing move to sell so you don't finish second and win a set of steak knives?" It's been huge help.
