The template for look of the website will make no difference whatsoever. Google understands that you are serving different markets with a .com or a dot CO.uk or any other TLD that you find serves a different country entirely Matt cuts has a video on it explain it you will not be penalized for making a website with three different or more TLDs explaining what you sell or what you do as long as they're targeted for each country answer posted properly meaning the database should be in the country that you are targeting.

Obviously, time is an issue here.  With the Mozscape updating once every 3 weeks (roughly), you might get some PA 1 pages that would be great to have a link on. By in large, I also wouldn't remove links solely on PA/DA.  If you're trying to identify spammy links, you may want to start at something that is PA >20 and DA>15 for example, but you'll need to look at a lot of other elements.  What is the websites link profile like? Is it in a bad neighbourhood? Is it indexed in Google? Is it over-optimised on site? How many outbound links are there? Where do they link to? Do they have dodgy blogrolls etc. PA/DA may start this process, but you do run the risk of missing other offending sites with a higher score.  Directories are often one of these, but you could get a decent DA/PA blog that has been deindexed, or is blatantly selling links. It's a decent metric for finding dodgy links, but by no means the be all and end all.  I'd recommend taking a look at the LinkDetox tool - you can pay for one complete scan with just a tweet.  It looks at your link profile and categorises what links may be toxic and suspicious, based on a number of metrics that they've put together.  Put in tandem with PA/DA, you'd be well on your way in identifying any bad links.

Yes thank you I think far better to have unique titles, better than duplicates even though this method a lot are going to be very short but again avoids titles that are to long :-).

I do not think i explained my self very well there so i can understand your reply totally, in truth and without explaining in depth the process, the idea is simple good quality content linking to a domain with keywords in the URL pointed to a site which is also relevant.
