The 17 Spam Score flags represent a wide variety of potential signals ranging from content concerns to low authority metrics. Since this is just based on correlation with penalization, rather than causation, the solution isn't necessarily to change these factors on your site, but it could be worthwhile to consider them!

How can you lower your spam score? Some might be easier, i.e. removing external links in the navigation. Based on the points listed, it sounds like you might have some issues with your backlink profile, on-site links and (thin) content.
