My website https://www.buzzytricks.com/ has a spam score of 5%. I find the spammy links through Moz tools but I don't know how to remove them. Help !!!!!!

My site techsaa.com has spam score 20. I disavowed 89 spam domains through Google disavow tool a month ago but still moz is showing spam score.

Can you please guide me how long Google or Moz takes to disavow that links, or Is there any tool inside Moz that we can submit a list of spam domains or tell moz that my site have no relation with that spammy sites. because we all don't know who is linking our domains.
