Understanding? 2/3's of your customers would probably disagree with that standpoint. What if I have a serious issue with my account? There is no queue or ETA on your chat. Our time is valuable, outsourcing some somewhat useful support is inexpensive and worthwhile.

BEWARE I was told I would get a 2nd month free trial since they couldn/t crawl my site and then they charged me the $160.00 that I am still disputing and I have emailed evidence!!!

Thanks for that info, Oliver! Hmm that is strange that they didn't show up originally - but since they have been re-added we will have to wait and see if they come through in the next update. Thanks for your patience on that!
Sorry our response time was a bit slow this time around! This does vary depending on how busy it's been, but we try to keep it under 24 hours. We're definitely not de-prioritizing you for being on the free trial!

Just got a call back. And the girl on the phone said you don't offer phone support for products. And that you only offer phone support for billing questions. That's ridiculous. So I ask again, which one is it?

Because I've called non-stop and no answer, only able to leave VMs!

No on responds they just take your money. I would not recommend But SEM RUSH is another SEO tool site. PCRRG!!!
