Are you an in-house SEO or an Agency/freelancer SEO ?

In-house for my own sites and freelance for local firms.

2. I do consulting under my own brand (69.8%)

3. I work on my own sites (.2%)

Makes me look like I go by every SEO opportunities. Call me easy, but call me maybe...

Or are you stuck but you would like to move ? (from in house to agency, from agency to in house and so on )

Really curious about the level of "happiness" with current positions in the community - and again, it's mainly about the Q and A community as I've seen a lot of activity on the blog from people that are not present here..

I'm in-house, and SEO wasn't originally part of my job description.

Basically, anything online is now my domain. I'm sure I'm not the only one who prefers to control all aspects of online presence?

Freelancer.  Some days I wish I was in an agency though. On the other hand, when the wind is behind you there is no better way to be! (IMHO of course).
