You should keep it brief as possible. Too long url's wont add anything. The URL can be a signal on what your topic or page is about. But i shoud'nt stress that too much. If you take wordpress for example when writing a new page, blogpost or so, it usually takes the page title and cuts it up with /something-as-a-title/ I am experimenting with shorter url's too in comparison to the page title. I dont see any gain nor disadvantages on it.

Is'nt it if you dont fill anything in MOZ will decide it for you? Moz is a tool to get your website 'better', but you need to put some effort in it in order to make it work. A subscription is'nt going to magically improve rankings out of nowhere.

At first it is said that google puts more weight on the top links of the web and that as it is downloaded it loses strength. It is a theory, really what you need are external links that point to the content of your page. These links must be of good quality in order to increase the AP of your website.

There are many citation services that I do for my site (Vinyl Cutter Machines), but they just spam your links to unrelated citations that can end up hurting you more than helping you. Do them manually in your spare time if you don't have an SEO team, Google isn't perfect, and my local area is a perfect example of that. But let's say you live in a city called Wakaketa and you type in "Wakaketa Web Design". Very often, you'll see a top 3 ranking for a business with that in its name. The other businesses may have reviews, and this one will have none, and it still ranks. Like I said though, this doesn't always necessarily apply to competitive niches and heavily populated cities.

I'm also covering the low competition keyword on my best outdoor basketball shoes blog but when I find this keyword it was low KD but now day by day it is increasing. I don't understand the structure of Moz KD.

You could hit mark as fixed if you believe this is a non issue really.

There's a setting for google in that. You can target it's country for example.  Login into google.com/webmasters/ , make sure the site is added & verified in there, then head to Legacy Tools and Reports > International targetting > Hit tab Country and select the country from there. It might take some time (days, weeks) to be in full effect, you might lose some clicks but you'll get the targetted audience your looking for.

If you open the link with the provided URL, does it show correctly? It's not just creating a file, it's a file with actual content. Make sure it's in there.

Right but most pages of my site have been indexed. They're not ranking well yet and that's what takes time. The indexing happens quickly, it's the ranking that takes time. I appreciate your responses, though.
