Creating New Pages Versus Improving Existing Pages
Should I create new pages to cover related topics or improve an existing page? My first consideration would be specificity of your topic. How many key words or phrases are you trying to focus? How much content do you have to offer? Let's use cough syrup as an example (as I reach for my bottle). If your company name is Nature's Relief and you offer Nature's Cough Syrup as your product then one well presented page would probably be best. If you are Robitussin and have 5 different cough syrups and brand yourself on "a different syrup for different coughs" then I would definitely recommend a separate page for each product. The first page might target keywords such as "hacking cough" which the next page might work along the lines of cough and nasal decongestant. A final thought. If you provide Nature's Cough Syrup and are trying to compete with a competitor like Robitussin, then I would try to be creative and offer separate pages focusing on my competitor's key words. You can offer testimonials or examples where your product relieved a hacking cough, targeting the same key word. In summary, step back and determine what your goals are for the page. First and foremost, how can you present the page to provide the best user experience. The next thought should be why are you making a change?

Text to HTML Ratio
I agree with both but even so, it's not nice to cut a metric from tools if it's not wrong info, cause people who can comprehend the difference could deal with that.

One brand 5 services. How to optimize?
Egol is correct. It is really hard to address your question without a great deal of specifics. The only general recommendation I can offer is to be sure to cover all the major factors for each page before trying to drill down on your home page. Let's go back to the MOZ Chevrolet example. For your body shop, I would ensure you are listed in any local directories as Moz Chevrolet Body Shop. I would also work with insurance companies, towing companies, police agencies and anyone else I can think of who is a possible source of customer information and can offer a good link. You don't want to get caught up tweaking minor details on the main page when you have big opportunities on the other pages.

Google results on an Ipad 2
I see different results when searching on an iPad and when searching on an iPhone. Two different devices for sure but one is connectiing through my home network and the other through a wireless signal. However, that does not surprise me nearly as much as getting different google results from a single computer when using IE, FireFox and Chrome. I also connect remotely to a computer at my office in the same town but with a different ISP and get some differences in results there. I do not believe that there is a standard google anymore. Just like the TV commercials that show very different types of guys using PCs and Macs Google knows this too and serves them different results. Heck.... when I visit websites now that are entirely unrelated to SEO I am seeing SEOmoz ads in the Adsense. Google recognizes me and serves me Fishkin's ads on the fly.... but somehow the people at Moz have not told Google that I am a member and that they can turn the ads off.

Crawl Issues
Hi, I think that, like Steven said, your dropdowns may be a problem. The actual menus are generated completely by javascript and the links in the sub-navigation menus are not physically part of the HTML source. It's actually pretty unnecessary to do that since they can be a part of the source and still act like a dropdown menu regardless using JavaScript. It may mean some changes to your javascript but the gains made definitely outweigh. It's just as easy to have the links physically in the HTML source and hide them with JavaScript than to have them generated on the fly. (I imagine it'd make things quicker as well since you're not having to create DOM objects all the time since you're just hiding and showing them).
