Mobile Domain \ URL Structure SEO questions
Any of the above variations can be used for mobile site. Though if you see that most of the big sites use m.sitename.com including Google so might want to use that one instead. As long as you can accurately detect the mobile device and 301 redirect to the mobile version of the site you do not have to worry about the duplicate content. Here is the link to Google blogs which talks about basic problems and solutions for the same while making a mobile website: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2011/02/making-websites-mobile-friendly.html

Crawler reporting incorrect URLs, resulting in false errors...
Hey Frank! This definitely sounds like an issue with relative links on the page; if the crawler sees it, he'll follow it, and continue to do so indefinitely, causing a super-long URL with the same sub-page listed over and over in the URL. I actually see this bug a fair amount. I'd recommend you look at your page code, try to find relative link tags, and then fix them on that side of things. If you think it's a bug and nothing in your code, you can always send an email to us at help@seomoz.org - we'll be able to take a look and make sure it's not a bug on our side (make sure to send your PRO email address, the campaign with the issue, the URL with the issue, and any relevant screenshots/examples to help us diagnose). In my experience, though, this is always because of a relative link I find in the source. If you need help with how to fix that, you may want to start another thread here in the Q&A and post your page's source or URL. Hope this helps!

On my site, www.myagingfolks.com, only a small number of my pages appear to be indexed by google or yahoo. Is that due to not having an XML sitemap, keywords, or some other problem?
I should have close to 6,000 or even more. The issue I am having with my sitemap is that my URL are fed by Zend, some of them are pretty long too. When I run a call for all the pages to put on the sitemap, the system runs out of memory and crashes. Do you know what part of a search result, in google, say, comes from the URL?

Title tag for category page
Hi Walid, I would personally eliminate A and B purely based on the fact that they aren't targeted enough. I would put the "Free dliver on $50 purchase" in the meta description to encourage the click through, but C seems the most concise and targeted out of all of them. Plus I'm a big fan of the " | " symbol

Authority On Authority Question
This refers to the difference between Page Authority (PA) and Domain Authority (DA) Where Domain Authority measures the predictive ranking strength of entire domains or subdomains, Page Authority measures the strength of individual page. The same is true for metrics such as MozRank and MozTrust. It's completely normal to have a homepage PA that is higher or lower than your overall DA. If your homepage PA recently dropped while everything else remained constant, it could indicate that Linkscape didn't find some links pointing to your homepage that it found previously. Normally, this isn't anything to worry about, unless you've seen a corresponding drop in traffic. In this case, I'd check your backlinks. It's also normal for both PA and DA to fluctuate from update to update. It's a comparative metric, so these metrics are best used when comparing yourself to your competition, instead of tracking your metrics in isolation. For example, if your DA rises 5 points, this in itself means nothing unless you are comparing it to another domain.

Beginner
I would start by looking at the design of the site. You are asking users to part with good sums of money yet the site design looks quite dated and I would definitely bounce. In terms of resources there is loads of useful info on this site. I would start with http://www.seomoz.org/beginners-guide-to-seo if you have not already.

Value in a bottom navigation bar?
If your customers would find it useful I can't see it being too much of a problem. I like a small selection of links in the footer. Often customers will look in the footer for contact links and information. If it's just for SEO and you are putting in some keyword links I would probably say avoid it.

Need to migrate multiple URLs and trying to save link juice
Perm 301 re-direct all sub-brand sites to www.tire-sensors.com. Keep the old domains as you will still get referals from them for sometime to come. Or you could 301 redirect each branded URL to the new location of that particular brand of sensor on the new site. Then to target those indiviual keyword terms, when you catagorize the products in order of brand, simply set the url up as www.tire-sensors.com/suzuki-tire-sensors/product-name Title tage could be in the form of "product name | suzuki tire sensors | your brand

Suggested url structure for hierarchical data
Is the site aimed locally or globally? The only reason I ask is because it will affect the keywords you are trying to hit, and that's really what you need to bear in mind, the main keywords should be in the URL, and the rest can likely be cut. Also how attached are you to /local-info/ it's not particularly descriptive, and if you could change it to /italy-info/ or simply /restaurants/ that cuts an entire level off the string. I'm in the UK and if I was searching for the content you've described I'd probably just type "restaurants in central milan", Americans would probably use something more like "restaurants in milan italy" which would indicate URLs along the lines of: www.example.com/restaurants/italy/milan/ www.example.com/restaurants/italy/milan-central Neither would really think about putting Northern Italy nor Lombardia because they are much broader. You could still account for those just by adding them on the same level despite the hierarchical discrepancy. www.example.com/restaurants/italy/lombardia/ www.example.com/restaurants/italy/northern-italy/ If you're catering to Italians you could just cut things down to: www.example.com/restaurants/lombardia/milano/ They aren't going to specify Italy or Northern Italy as part of their searches. So basically think about what your audience will search for and include those items in the URL, it doesn't have to make absolute hierarchical sense so long as it makes sense to your customers.

Google Plus for Website - Should the button be available on the homepage or just blog posts and other sticky content?
I'd say it's definitely worth adding to the homepages. If people like your client's website/brand, they might just +1 it, and it is a page that can constantly build up its +1s, rather than potentially out of date posts.

Strange Links in OSE
Nigel, I'm so sorry I didn't catch this question earlier. There is a known bug in Linkscape where it is treating binary files as having links and is messing up the data. Please see this Q&A thread with an explanation from one of the Linkscape engineers. http://www.seomoz.org/q/competitive-edu-research-via-open-site-explorer

Optimising my ecommerce blog
To start with I would conduct some keyword research to identify bin related phrases that are generating search volume and you could deliver some interesting content around. I would also consider creating some link worthy content, a competition may be worth a try maybe giving school children the opportunity to produce a graphic design to cover one of your bins? This should increase your blog posts ability to rank in the serps. From a user perspective I would break the posts up with some images and maybe some bullet points and sub headings to make them easier to digest. Including images would also give you the opportunity to optimise the image alt text. I would also make sure all your posts only contain one meta description as multiple meta descriptions can confuse search engines: On URL www.imrubbish.co.uk/blog/2011/07/best-recycling-bin/: name="description" content="I'm Rubbish.co.uk Blog"> name="description" content="Our best selling bin so far this year has been the Open Top Recycle 50 and Recycle 30 litre. Both come with a choice of 2 coloured bases, 6 coloured lids and" />
