Top Pages are all 301
My favorite redirect tool is http://www.redirect-checker.org/. I find that is provides lots of little details that other redirect tools don't always provide.

Page Title Local SEO - 2 places
Excellent advice all around in the above comments. I'd like to add that the word "Canyoning" is pretty lengthy (as far as Title Tags are concerned), so I would suggest only using it once. This would save a lot of characters. For instance: Canyoning - São Jorge - Azores | Brand Name

Should my URLs with or without a slash? And how to avoid multiple redirects?
Hi Jo Cameron, I appreciate your response. Being the SEO / SEM guru that MOZ is, one anticipates that there is a well-thought reason behind any/all URL changes. Likely it is still so and may be shared in time by someone who knows the "why". URLs are truly the lifeblood of a site. While many have come to "pile up" on 301's, Google's John Mueller has urged webmasters to keep them at a minimum, which I am sure is not news to you. We dedicate some time weekly to update URLs such as outbound links where the other site has migrated to HTTPS from HTTP, which is happening a lot right now. It can feel like a wild ride with some sites as they as flip, too frequently IMHO, from www to non-www, and then switch up slugs, and/or using the "/" or not at the end. We sure "get" why we all strive to make improvements and always value the learning curve. Often when it is too exhaustive, we just drop providing a backlink to them (not Moz:)). Thanks for the great article lead, I had previously read it several times and gained by reading it afresh. But again, we are trying to NOT rely so heavily on 301s. You are right, it isn't our top priority, either. Thank you, Jeannie

Oh crap.... Just got de-indexed
It depends. If it was deindexed for many days its possible that rankings will not be exactly the same. If the time off is not that much it will probably return with no harm. All this taking in consideration that the redirects, https and all that stuff is correctly done.

Structured data for business listings
I would recommend to have structured data for each individual listing. Try to structure as much information as possible and this should help the search engine and your SEO.

How important is the file extension in the URL for images?
In theory, there should be no difference - the canonical header should mean that Google treats the inclusion of /images/123456 as exactly the same as including /images/golden-retriever. It is slightly messier so I think that if it was easy, I'd go down the route of only ever using the /golden-retriever version - but if that's difficult, this is theoretically the same so should be fine.

My PA and DA dropped Higest Rate
Hi Gaston and Gamajunova, It's true in your example that http://site.com and https://site.com are completely different URLs to Mozscape (and more importantly, search engines), but only their PA would be different - their DA will be the same. The PA 1 is normal if that exact URL (the https version) has never received any links in the past, but the DA drop is significant and I would suggest looking at another tool like Ahrefs to see if the domain has lost a lot of links recently. If you haven't lost any links, I would say the latest Moz index hasn't crawled many links pointing to your domain - so it's reporting a significantly decreased DA. If that's the case, don't worry too much about your DA. It will come back eventually and it won't have any impact on your organic performance. Cheers, David

Website Redesign - Duplicate Content?
Hi Camilo, thanks for the clarification. As this content wil not be available anymore on the "old" pages it will only exist on the newly created blog pages there will be no duplicate content issues. These newly created blog pages with the content removed from "old" pages will start from scratch for ranking. and the "old" pages could loose some ranking because you reduced the onpage ranking. This is not per se bad as it is part of your strategy to improve on conversions (which should be the most important kpi anyway). You could help these new blog pages a bit by linking to them from the "old" page.

Different snippet in Google for same page
Hello, Thanks for your reaction. The url's of both snippets are the same (https://www). Since these are the same url's there is no canonical url. We have recently changed the meta description, so a recrawl does look like the best option.
