Print Button Creating Duplicate PDF URLs set to NoIndex, OK for SEO?
yea, wouldn't spend too much time recoding that then. i would still block the print pages via robots.txt so that they aren't crawled at all.

Does a root domain get SEO power from its subdomains?
I recommend you keep the site as is and just create a shop in a /shop/ subfolder on the main domain. authority comes from external backlinks, if you move the main site to a subdomain (without redirects), traffic will drop and you'll have a ton of links to 404 pages, creating a giant mess. if you do redirect to subdomain, then all of the authority will follow with it (except for links to the main root domain). you'll also need to be careful to not have any urls that overlap with old urls that you are now redirecting (again, high chance of mistakes).

If we should add a .eu or remain .com solely
My company currently uses an EU subdomain (similar approach to what you're describing, except varying the subdomain rather than the TLD). But one of the issues we have found is that the search engines have no geo-targeting options for Europe as a whole. They allow to target a single country. Or a single language. Or a country-language combination. But there are no options to target "Europe". So, with hreflang tags, and also with GSC settings, you will experience some challenges because of this. We haven't resolved all our issues, whcih is why I'm not providing a solution to you, but we are far enough in to know it is problematic.

Which better to rank with 40 DA domain redirect the domain 301
Hi Cristophare79, Hope you are well. which better to rank with 40 DA domain redirect the domain 301 to my website or host domain and create posts with my website link Its always better to build a brand and create useful and unique content. When you have an old domain with some authority, please you must check its backlinks and decide whether they suit the new site. You might need to disavow for a clean start. if I do the 301 redirect the Crawl Errors of old 40 da domain will display on my new website or not Those crawl errors won't appear. Also, you'll be giving Google mixed signals, as many pages from the old domain will be 404 and you'll be confusing Google and probably losing some backlinks how much links can i get from one website pbn There is no magic number. I'd strongly suggest not to use PBNs as Google is now smarter than ever and will find out your schemes, hence penalizing you. which better get links for home page or posts Again, there is no magic answer. There should be a mix and the most natural combination possible. If I'd be there, posts will be my choice. Always, and as a note to everyone reading this reply, you have to think on one hand, in what will help more you users answering their questions and on the other hand, that humans write Google's algorithms, they will find out if we are messing around with them. Hope it helps. Best wishes, GR

If Fetch As Google can render website, it should be appear on SERP ?
Absolutely not a problem. I do think that SSR would be a really positive way forwards for your website! Hopefully that will begin to get the trend-line going up again instead of down

Does using non-https links (not pages) impact or penalise the website rankings?
You won't be making the most of your SEO authority by firing it through redirects. A to B is always better than putting 301s in the middle of links. It's also bad UX because, you send the user to too many locations which is inefficient and a waste of their time. I wouldn't expect something like this to make much difference overall, but if you were going to 'do it right' you would just fix it. It's also not good to have too many links pointing to 'insecure' addresses, even if they will later be intercepted. I would just go in and fix the problem. In SEO, very few things make much difference at all (if there was one thing that made the most difference, everyone would just focus on that). Instead it's about pride, balance and stopping snowballs from forming before they start to roll. If you ignore this one, you'll also ignore all related issues and over time you could notice a performance hit (for poor link structure, lower site health, linking to insecure content, wasting user's time with redirects / bad UX). Instead of sitting back and waiting for bad things to happen, nip it in the bud. It only takes five minutes and then your mind can be at rest

How to get a large number of urls out of Google's Index when there are no pages to noindex tag?
If no pages which support web coding actually exist for the URLs you want to remove from Google's index, I'd probably use the HTTP header instead. Maybe use the X-Robots directives: https://yoast.com/x-robots-tag-play/ https://www.searchenginejournal.com/x-robots-tag-simple-alternate-robots-txt-meta-tag/67138/ Even if you have no page with web-code, you can always have a HTTP Header. A HTTP header simply allows a client and / or server to fire additional information through 'requests' (post / get etc). This is the only thing I can think of which would really help. Some people might suggest robots.txt wildcards, but robots.txt handles crawling and not indexation (so those answers wouldn't really be worth anything to you) The other thing you could do (maybe combine this with the X-Robots stuff) is to get all of those URLs to serve status code 410 (gone) instead of 404 (temporarily gone, but coming back)
