What's the best way to find some guest blogging opportunities?

In the forum's experience, what have you found the best way to find guest blogging opportunities?

e.g. google search syntax that has worked well and other more diverse methods would be appreciated! Thanks

I recently went to myblogguest.com and found a pretty active community there with a well  moderated group.

Otherwise, I suggest cultivating a really good RSS platform of good blogs. Get to know them - what is the tone? What type of content do they generally write about? Do they have guests? Is it a subject you are knowledgeable about? Join a local group for bloggers in your area. There are also a ton of groups in LinkedIn.
