I am assuming that your website used to appear on 1st page of Google. Your website still appears in SERPs but has moved down. Have you done any major changes?

Maybe it was those links that were giving you ranking, and maybe in the farmer update they were discounted?

I think You havent seen it clearly it seems, only inner pages are listing in search results

e.g  Keyword " web hosting chennai"

earlier in google.com results displayed this URL www.indyawebspace.com
in first page and 2nd position

Currently for same keyword  <cite>www.indyawebspace.com/linuxhosting.php showing in 7th page 4th position but homepage url disappeared for this key word,  still not able to find any solution pls suggest.</cite>

Defenitely not the links, atleast it has to show somewhere down for any one of the keyword, but, not a single results came from homepage URL, only homepage seo results disappeared

Have you made any major changes in content? How many pages are you showing in webmaster tools as being indexed. My research is showing 48 in google, 14 in Yahoo with 859 links (yahoo). Please advise me to any disparity with my data versus yours and I will happily show you the reports.

If it has been only for a few days, dont panic, it may just come back, it has ahppaned to me, and often comes back ranking better.

Looks like not to many links and the onpage kind of low in density?

no exact matches on most these keywords?

if you do a google search in quotes "keywords" followed by site operator site:website.com like

if you do a search linux hosting company chennai site:www.indyawebspace.com in google you see

this rank 1st

if you look "web hosting in chennai" also you dont see it in the remote

looking for external references for example "web hosting in chennai" "indyawebspace.com" -site:indyawebspace.com you also dont see too many.

Did you ever have the location and keywords in a header tag.
