Issues with Page Grader Tool and competitor KW Rankings

I'm having two very frustrating issues with Moz:

1. The page grader tool is not 'connecting' the correct keyword with the correct URL. For instance, if I want to rank for Dallas Motorcycle Accident Lawyer and create page of optimized content at Dallas.Zdfirm.com/Motorcycle-Accident, Moz doesn't grade THAT page. It grades Dallas.ZDFirm.com which to no surprise rates as an F. This is happening with both web sites on this account so much that the page grader tool is not delivering any value.

2. My competitors keywords are not tracking properly. They are showing for "not in the top 50" for keywords that they are on the first page for. Again, this is for both domains on this account.

The keyword thing is a common problem that's never been fixed. Some weeks it's accurate, some weeks it's not.

Hello Brian, thanks for the heads up! This is Abe from the Moz Help team. I hope I can help.

1. The page you are trying to grade has a pop up with a Yes or No question, that our crawler can't get past. Make sure to use the on page grader tool with pages that do not have pop ups or mandatory questionnaires that show up when you go to the address. We do hope to add the ability to bypass these in the future.

2. Make sure you are tracking the exact url that your competitor is ranking for in Google. If your competitor ranks for www.example.com and you have example.com (non-www) in your settings, we will not be able to display the correct results. Make sure to indicate the version you notice them ranking for in Google, in your campaign settings.
