Content Marketing Management Software???? Please Help!!

Is there a service that offers Content Marketing Management Software???

I want to be able to see a road map of where I posted my content, and what I linked it to to create a buzz, with a place I can add log-in info, for quick repeat log-in so I can respond to the community or comments??

This way I have a nice storyboard of what I have done with my content in almost a timeline configuration like Facebook, for each site I am working on. Not just hard to follow cumbersome Excel Spreadsheets that you really have to read into to figure out what happened.

-I am not talking keywords and rankings like MOZ.

It is mind numbing and complete insanity to try and keep track of all this using excel sheets. Maybe some type of organizational chart I can put links into, so I can see the content posted with a link to it. Then in other nodes, shows where I linked to the content from other sources to create the buzz about the content.

There has to be something out there that will work??? Some kind of CRM for outbound content marketing.

I don't want have to make it, but I will if I have to.

Hmm. There are a few social media management platforms that I think do what you're looking for, such as Wildfire, but that's pretty darn expensive.

You might try setting up an automation service such as IFTTT to automatically add your social posts to a spreadsheet - archiving every single tweet for example. It wouldn't provide the insights data unfortunately. However, if you are using the Goo.gl URL shortener, you'll be able to see exactly how many clicks your links are receiving.

I am really looking for a platform that I use to keep track of my own progress in one easy to see flow chart of what I have personally done. I guess almost like a really long document that never ends that seperates the date every day.

Just looking for a clean way to display what I have personally done on each project at a glance that is very visual rather than tons of spreadsheets and documents for each site I am working on.

Like a visual roadmap I can quickly look back on rather than having to look at multiple documents and sheets to see the picture of what has been done or where I left off.

Seo is so all about giving effort to sites with rankings that need help as it is a very "if it isn't broke don't fix it" and when you switch to one that takes priority I want to quickly be able to look back at the seo story of the site that has been sitting for a while and see where I left off in one glance.

I just wanted to post an update to this Q&A, because I found the most amazing software to manage SEO Projects, thank god!!!

It is called Trello it is amazing for managing projects step by step through completion and it is a visual medium. Check out this video to see how it can help you organize your projects http://youtu.be/aaDf1RqeLfo. I never post anything like this, it is just too amazing not to share.

I used it to set up a board for each site I am working on so I can organize all the tasks that need to be done, collaborate with others and can see visually what needs to be done and at what point in the process I am.

It is perfect since you often have to leave one site to work on another and you can quickly pick back up where you left off.
