Why aren't my keyword rankings updating

My dashboard or keyword rankings haven't updated in 2 months, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

The account page indicates the campaigns are active.

This doesn't sound right. Mine have been updating weekly. Try contacting help@moz.com. They should be able to help.
