What date did you start to see the drop in rankings?

I see you ranking with inner pages on page 5 for a few keywords.

Have you checked webmaster tools for any warnings? http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

Look under Search Traffic -> Manual Actions

My personal opinion is that the site may need an update. I am unable to comment on the quality of your content as its not my field.

Also I would remove the meta keyword tags as Google no longer uses them and can be seen as an attempt to keyword stuff.

Some of your H1 tags also look a little spammy.

Without knowing the dates and if you have any messages in webmaster tools that's all the advice I can give you right now.

You've got a LOT of exact match anchor text in them thar back links. You link profiles seems especially heavy with "hypnosis" "quit smoking" and "lose weight".  It looks a lot comment spam.  I think it may be time to start getting intimate with your back link profile and begin sorting out which ones you're going to have to take measures to eliminate and which ones are worthwhile.  Heres's a handy little  flow chart to help which pile each should go in.  http://www.bruceclay.com/blog/2012/06/link-removal-flowchart/ . I'm afraid you have a good bit of work in front of you.
