Moz doesn't seem to be working at all

Hi,

When I go to Campaigns and click View the Dashboard Overview says "We are collecting your data now. Check back within 24 hours." Same message when I click on "Search".
On Links Overview, Link Analysis, Opportunities and Competitive Metrics it says "We are collecting your data now. Check back within 24 hours."

The account has been active for a few weeks now. I'm new to Moz and am still finding my way around so either I'm doing something totally stupid or somethings not working right…

It even reports zero visitors to the site last week. It was all set up successfully on August 5th. Strange.

Any help very gratefully received as I'm starting to wonder if this is all worthwhile.

Hi folks, maybe I'm doing something wrong here but I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Is there any way to contact the Moz chaps directly with a support enquiry? As it stands I'm paying a fair whack for something that doesn't appear to be working and I can't see any way to ask a support question other than ask a question on here and hope that someone is helpful and nice enough to answer.

I'm not complaining, just a newbie who needs a bit of a hand!
