Why social report don't update ?

Well if there is some change happening in your facebook or twitter, the tool should capture it but if there is something wrong the best place to complain about this is at Moz’s helpdesk which is help@moz.com

We're sorry you're not seeing any social data in your dashboard. The good news is that we're aware of this problem and are hard at work fixing it.
Our customer base has grown really quickly recently and we're starting to run up against limits that Twitter and Facebook impose on our access to their APIs. What this means is that our systems aren't able to get the number of retweets and mentions on Twitter and the number of likes on Facebook that we need to update your dashboard regularly. This known issues post is a bit old, but breaks down the exact problem that we're running into:

We're still making changes on our end to attempt to work around these limitations but you may continue to periodically run into gaps in your social data while we work out the bugs. For the most part though, this issue has been resolved with Analytics, so when you're rolled in (which should hopefully be soon), you shouldn't see this problem anymore.
