Competitive Domain Analysis Full Expanation

Can someone please explain these words to me?  The little explanationme basically are only helpful if you know SEOmoz vocabulary.  I'm used to referring domains, backlinks, & anchor text.  Any help?

I watched the video and have looked over everything.  Can you give me a quick definition of follow v nofollow links?

simple:

nofollow: the crawler not follow the link
follow: the crawler follow the link

when you want create a backlink to your site it's a better that is a follow link so a little part  of domain authority  is transferred to your site.
