Which is the best to see some immediate SEO benefits and how long does it usually take to boot your DA?

I tracked down our closest competitor who is ranking number one for a huge keyword and then used Moz to find there backlinks which I have been trying to copy by posting, opening accounts, reviewing and asking questions on the same site/forums/pages as they have. Is that the best way to do it?

Also while your here I have a quick questions if you don't mind. When I compare there backlinks to ours I see that they have been back linked and are getting the credit from Afterpay which is a pretty good source with good authority yet we have had Afterpay for years now and its not even on our backlink list. I can see our brand in their directory but don't know what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I'm having the same issue. I'd love to know after you do create these backlinks, how long till you can see the results and why sometimes they aren't showing up in Moz.

We worked with some guys who seem to know there stuff and they said they use SEM rush because Moz wasn't the best when you start to know what your doing with SEO. Not sure if that's true though.
