Keyword density is now a thing of the past. Use varied keyword combinations, synonym's and related keywords and write the content with the user in mind.

From what I saw, you have gone overboard with the term 'writing'.

Please also do a backlink analysis. That might be the cause.

You can use opensiteexplorer to find your backlinks. Look for any spammy inbound links. If there are such back-links, use Google disavow tool at Google webmasters and disavow that link.

You can use  linkdetective.com to fully analyze your link portfolio. It is a very useful tool as it will classify your links by type. It will also classify links by anchor text.

Another tool is ahrefs.com. Their link velocity graph is awesome. It tells your back-link loss and gain over a period of time.

Good advice from Sunu - I would pay close attention to anchor text when you're doing the link analysis, it's become a significant factor in how Google determines over-optimisation.

I also noticed that some of your content on your site appears to be duplicated across pages. While not a penalty, that will not help you.
