Does anyone know how Search Engine Land did this?

It's an emote, Google tried them out not long ago but they are being removed, they still work in Bing.  I've a feeling <cite class="_Rm">expedia</cite> also tried a similiar thing, they are being remove so dont worry

Shame they're removing them. I think they're cute... Makes the link stand out!!!
